Very friendly shop Cesar is an excellent mechanic and friendly individual and Victor is very knowledgeable and friendly as front desk... Both are smart and humans at the same time... Cost of the repairs are not cheap but are not as expensive as BMW dealer, they are pretty good they take care of my dinosaur 🦖 BMW 325 2005

I waited to write this review, because I wasn’t sure how much of my good opinion was influenced by giddy relief. But it’s been more than a week and my positive regard remains. I was referred to Mars by my daughter and son-in-law’s preferred shop because that Shop does not work on VWs.I had driven up from South Carolina and somewhere along the way lost most of my coolant. Despite my 2009 Rabbit not being the usual caliber of vehicle that they address, all of the staff, and in particular Victor, were gracious, considerate, and thoroughly engaged in providing the very best service.I receive daily updates, even when it was just something as simple as a part being delayed in arriving. When I suggested an oil change, because the engine had been subjected to some stress, I was even counseled against this. I was so confident in the quality of their workmanship when I received my car back, I headed back to South Carolina the next day.My car has performed flawlessly, the quality of service received was beyond exemplary, and let’s be honest, I am unlikely to be a repeat customer. But only because of location. If you are looking for a long term relationship with a trustworthy and wholly capable shop, Mars is an excellent choice.

Took my 2014 Mercedes GL550 here for repairs and they did an amazing job! Great work guys!!

Excellent customer service! Great attentive people! Victors been helping me out for years and remembers me by name, whenever I call to make an appointment for service.When some work is needed, they give a reasonably prices estimate, and quickly obtain parts needed for a quick turnaround. Couldnt be happier with this place! The only mechanic I trust.

I had a very bad experience, they charged me tons of money and they didn’t fix the car. If you went there make sure that to make it clear if the car wasn’t fixed you will not pay. Also, they will take more time than expected.

Being a first time car buyer is an extremely overwhelming thing. Going to many different car lots to find the right car for you. Many car lots rushing to you and pressuring you into buying a car you don’t even want for a ridiculous price wanting to get you “driving out today,”or if you don’t they call you 8 times a day each day after to try to push you to buy. Mars Auto was beyond helpful in every step of the way. Rafael went out of his way at any hour of the day to answer whatever questions I had from about the car to financing options. I never once felt pressured or haggled into any deal I didn’t want. Everyone here was very kind, helpful, and honest in every step of the procedure, I’d highly recommend Mars Auto Group.

Ive been a client of Mars Automotive Group for many years!! Theyve serviced every Benz that Ive owned. During my most recent visit to the shop, in late July, my vehicle received its B servicing (major), front brake replacement, annual inspection and the rotating/balancing of my tires. I was satisfied with all of the work they performed EXCEPT for the tire balancing and rotation. When I got my car back I experienced vibration in the steering wheel at speeds of 50 mph and above. I took the car back to them for the issue to be corrected only to leave with the problem not solved but rather bumped up to vibrating at 60 mph and above!! I ended up having to take my car elsewhere to finally get the problem solved. Not only was I out the money paid to Mars for the initial work (with no offer of credit or a refund) but it also ended up costing me time off from work to have the matter fixed by another shop! Im left thinking that maybe tire balancing and rotation is not a strong suit for Mars Automotive Group!! Wont ask for that service again!**Update 8/29/19: The shop owner contacted me to apologize for my experience and told me that they plan to comp my next servicing!! That they cared enough to reach out to me says a lot about the integrity of this particular auto shop. That integrity is what keeps me going back to them for my automotive needs. Victors customer service as described on their website is a lie. Hes was very unprofessional, rude, and had an attitude. I recommend all customers go to a different location for your Mercedes Benz needs.

Great customer service, work was done in a timely manor. Prices for parts were high when compared to MB dealer service . If at least parts prices match or beat that would be excellent.

I am one of those people that am loyal until forever if I like you and your service...I have always been very wary and scared of taking my car to the auto center to do ANYTHING kind of car service...even if its to the dealership. I dont trust any mechanic....seems like theyre all out to get me....arms legs and ALL....I did a little researching today and found this place. I really didnt have much of a choice...my car was making funny noises and well...I had to get things done. If I didnt I would just regret it later. So I took it in unwillingly and was pleasantly surprised. The staff...well mostly Victor...he was awesome! Really nice and really HONEST! That was the most important thing to me. He told me everything like it was...He didnt try to hustle me or like MOST mechanics do...I felt comfortable and confident that he knew exactly what he was doing.I dont think Ive EVER met a mechanic that was honest to me...and being a girl...and not knowing anything...he didnt treat me like that either. Was very nice and polite.The car is running perfectly and couldnt have been better! I am truly 100% happy with the quality and the service that was at this location. Thank you for being awesome! Im so happy that Ill have a place to take my car now if there is ever a problem! You guys ROCK my SOCKS!ps. its a really small waiting room, but very sweet because they have a tv there for you with dvds so you can watch while youre waiting! haha (4 chairs and no bathroom)
