These guys came through in a pinch, I needed to top off air in my tires but all the gas stations air pumps were broken and drained half the air out of one of my tires. Bills was nearby and I asked if I could get their help and they had me in and out in no time, no issues and good service. Will definitely consider these guys for any future work I need on my car

This shop does great work. My son said the car hasnt ran this smooth years. The only issue is they do not credit the diagnostic fee if you get the work done there. This is the first place Ive ever been to that does this. If not for this, I would give them 5 stars.

My oil change was quick and efficient. I have been a customer of Bills for 20+ years. They have always done a fantastic job on my vehicles. The customer service is exceptional.

Bills has worked on our cars since we moved here 5 years ago. My daughter has even brought her car here for them to work on. The service is great and I trust them with my vehicles.

As a new VA resident their staff was very helpful with explaining license plate renewals etc. They got me in same day for a state and emissions exams. Took all of 30 minutes.

Quick state inspection.

I came to them to get a truck inspected, I was told that there was an issue with the front rotos, it didn’t sound like they were saying the truth so I had to take a second opinion. So the problem wasn’t the front rotos, they lied trying to get money out my packet for something that didn’t need to be fixed. The problem was the upper ball joints. In other words they aren’t honest all. So be careful with this business.

This place is always in point, love their honesty, hard work, fast delivery. Couldnt be happier with them. Thats why we always bring our cars back should we need a repair, emissions, etc done.

I went to bills auto for a muffler delete on my g37s, walked in was greeted immediately, I met Mac(who was the person working on my car) he was a very genuine person whos very funny and easy going. His craftsmanship is beyond amazing and hell point out any sort of issues with your vehicle for you and hes very honest. %100 recommend to anyone who wants some exhaust work or mechanical issue. Would definitely come back.

Bill’s Auto Service is the friendliest, honest and has great service. I started having my car repaired here a few years ago. I have always felt I was treated fairly and the repairs have always been top notch. I went to other shops and dealers before I started with Bills Auto and had bad experiences. My only regret was not finding them sooner.

Trustworthy and reputable mechanics. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable in their craft. I would recommend them for all of your repairs not requiring dealer repair (such as a requirement for a recall).

They are a place that I can trust that I will get an honest assessment of the work that I need, and they dont encourage me to get things done to my vehicles that arent needed, but will make them more money! I don’t normally do reviews, but I do love the honesty Bill’s has. My dad took his car there faithfully until he passed and now I do. My last car was too much to put into and Bill’s were very upfront with me about that. I appreciate honesty over someone trying to make a buck.

This review is not about service because I didnt receive what I needed. First off, the lady at the counter was very rude. I needed a simple service, tire balancing. Its 12:03 now and she said they closed at 2. I was okay with waiting 2 hours because I had nothing else to do today. She checked with the mechanics and she said they would do it. I asked the price, she said $60. Wow. Nissan charges $39.95. Looks like Ill go to the dealership to get this done. Also, the lady told me that I couldnt wait on the weekends. Well its raining today so would I have had to walk home in the rain? How rude and inconsiderate. If you dont have time, simply say you dont have time. No need to have a rude tone with a customer that is ready to spend money with you. Definitely wont be giving this place a chance again. Its a shame because this is a 5 minute drive from my house.

Bills Auto has been our exclusive auto repair shop since the late 1980s. Bill, Wes, Christie and all their employees have honest and done great work at a fair price. We now drive almost 60 miles to continue to have our cars serviced by Bills. They are the best!

Have been coming to Bills since 2004! Found them initially when I got an outrageous estimate for brakes from the dealer on my AWD van. I was in line at the grocery store and an old veteran -- in full uniform -- coming back from the Veterans parade in Manassas was recommending Bills to another shopper. He said, Bill was my go-to guy for helicopters back in the day -- now hes my go-to guy for anything auto related! I went home and called. Kid you not, the estimate was 1/3 LESS than what the dealer was quoting. And, in the end the total bill was 50% of the dealer estimate. A decade, four cars and a pick-up truck later, we simply dont need to go anywhere else. Youll be just as satisfied as we are, promise.

Worse place ever. Im never going in there again. For now on Im taking my business else where. They are liars here and charge a lot. Car failed inspection twice for the littlest things and also I fixed the things that needed to get fixed and they still said it wasnt fixed. It was my first time here and thinking service was great but I was wrong. It will be my first time and last time.

Horrible. Failed the car of inspection because of three light bulbs that were out which i perfectly understand. But taking two days to fix it........and without calling me to let me know the status of what is taking so long. Then when I called they had attitude and hung up the phone on me. Never take your car here.

Terrible, they sucked me dry just for diagnostics. The woman at the front desk had horrible customer service skills and was extremely rude. When I picked up my car, I had to try 4 times before it started!! Stay away!
