JIm came out to service our washing machine on warranty from Home Depot. He was quite thorough and gave us great service. He also suggested some ways to improve the performance of the machine. We were quite impressed. I highly recommend Appliance Services.
The technician didnt show any respect for other people stuff, dropping tools on the floor, answering very rude, looks like he just came to make his money and leave..well I hope those $300 is enough. ..because I wont call them again

Before contacting AS, another appliance repair company charged me $75 to tell me to get a new dishwasher...RIDICULOUS. Jim not only repaired my dishwasher at a great price, but also friendly, courteous, and professional. I will keep AS contact info on my refrigerator for any future appliances service needs. Its been a few months since ASI serviced my dishwasher via Frigidaires product warranty service. According to my tenants, the technician came in without a mask during COVID and then took 10 minutes to install a part. The dishwasher didnt work the next day. I immediately started working with a different business out of concern for my tenants health, but quality of service was also a factor - Ive since had two different technicians, independent of each other, tell me that the part that ASI installed looks untouched and was never replaced. As far as I can tell from my experience and the experience of others through these reviews, ASI is just hustling the warranty company.

Electrolux Company referred Appliance Services INC in Mananas VA for the issue we had with our refrigerator. We called Appliance Services INC, and they have been to my house few times since April 14. The technician first said problem is ice built-up (defrost issue) that cause refrigerator not to cool and we need to unplug it for a two (2) days and he will be back. We told him this refrigerator is defrost free, but he did not listen. He came back after a few days and took the drawers out and realize that there was not any sign of defrost or ice built up. So he said it has to be the main board without any testing, diagnoses or anything and it is expensive. We ask since the main board is expensive, is it going to work? Are you sure and the answer was yes. Main while he reassemble the drawers and he brook the pivot divider in the bottom freezer drawer, and not only he did not have a courtesy to offer a replacement for it, at the same time he made a smart remakes that this way is better without divider. Really!So we order the part, he came back and replaced the board and asked us not to turn it on for two days which I though is very odd, but we did, and waited for two days. We paid for the part and installation. We plug it back on after two days, and next day, the same issue. The refrigerator does not cool and show Hi Temp (h1) on the display again.We do not recommend this company to anyone else. They do not have tools or knowledge to find the issue. They play a part guessing game and hoping one works. I saw some reviews on their site that echoes our experience.In addition in the middle of COVID-19 pandemic, the technician did not follow CDC guidelines, he did not wear MASK, or GLOVES.
Top notch service. Have recommended them to all my friends, and have heard all positive feedback. This is a family owned and run business. They have a good reputation to keep - they are honest, reasonable, very considerate, professional, and get the job done. They fixed our dryer, and fixed other appliances at friends homes.
Professional that was kind and courteous in fixing our AC. We were headed into the weekend with triple digit threat and he managed to fix our AC in 2 hrs. Didnt nickel and dime but paid what was fair for the work performed. Def worth considering for any job you might have. I would work with him again in the future - if needed.

These guys were chosen by fridgedaire/Electrolux to complete warranty work on an ice maker that is now on its second repair. In 14 months. My appliance warranty sent out one outfit who left saying he needed to order a part and would call when it came in. Somehow the repair ended up going to Electrolux as the ice maker has a 2 year parts and labor warranty. Even though it needs parts these guys made sure I would have ice in the meantime which no one else bothered to do. I will keep them in mind for my other appliances that are no longer under any warranty!
Super accommodating when setting up the appointment. Arrived within our service window, serviceman was knowledgeable, very nice and professional. Understood the issues we were having and exactly what to do to get the issues resolved.
Incredibly rude. Came to fix our dishwasher and it stopped working (same problem) within a few hours. Then he suggested I broke it when I never used it other than the run he ran when he left. The service girl who schedules was rude and unkind. They delayed me getting this fixed for weeks until I finally had Fridgeaire assign me a more competent repair service for my warranty. I never take time for reviews but felt strongly here. It is sad to watch a son destroy the company his father built.
I was in a pinch when my dryer broke down. A service guy came out quickly and even showed me how to fix it myself next if need be. Competent friendly and honest people.
Wonderful service and fair pricing. At first Jimmy was sent out by Frigidaire to fix my water filter. Second time I requested Jimmy fix my icemaker. He is punctual, kind, and proud of his work. I certainly recommend his company to everyone.
Bought fridge from Lowe’s, 3 months later won’t cool. Lowe’s warranty dispatched this company. First visit tech says nothing is wrong even though alarm going off. Second visit needs a fan, 7 days to order installs fan doesn’t work, 3rd visit needs a motherboard another 7 days. 4th visit new motherboard...New mother board not working after 24 hours. Now looking to make 5th visit. No fridge for 4 weeks now.Team that answers phones illustrates zero compassion, seem annoyed when you call them, can never answer questions and say they will follow up when Jim or Jimmy return from the day, which is always after 5pm and they close at 430pm.Beyond dissatisfied, it’s a miracle they are still in business, and after reading other reviews here, my heart breaks for anyone that has to use this operation.

In 2014, my refrigerator was running warm, so they replaced the compressor. In 2016, it had the same problem. Since it is in a built-in cabinet, beside a freezer, I did not want to just buy a new fridge, so they replaced the compressor a second time. The same problem occurred 5 months later. They would not take any ownership of the problem, saying it is out of warranty. So, I called another firm. That other firm said the compressor is fine and it must be a refrigerant leak.
Poor customer service. The reception/scheduler was snippy, with no remorse for making me wait over 7 hours for a repairman to show up-- even though I was scheduled a week ago and confirmed yesterday. I was told I was impatient and the scheduler doesnt have control over when he arrives. When he finally arrived, 3.5 hours after the scheduled window, he tried but couldnt fix my oven.
We used this business through our warranty from Samsung on our icemaker. They were great! On time, ordered all the parts. When they returned they replaced our icemaker and it works great! Excellent service!

Warranty repaired. Broke 2 weeks later. Still 2 days under warranty. Came and said his son did not secure the computer connections. Call if any issues. Owner told us to call back if any issues. Broke again. Waiting now for a call back a week. Contacting BBB. Ridiculous.
The technician came first time and did not fix anything. He just gave excuses about the problem. Call back second time nobody showed up for appointment when we called the representative was very unprofessional and offensive. SHE CANCELLED THE ORDER AND HANG UP. Dont waste your time and money.
BUYER BEWARE!I used them for a dishwasher repair because they are listed on Frigidaire’s website as a “Service Center”. You would think that Frigidaire would vet their “Service Center”, right?My experience- they repair the dishwasher for $300, $200 in parts, $100 labor. In restropect I should have not had it serviced, but I needed a working dishwasher and didnt have the time. 3 months and 4 days later it doesn’t work again. We call them, and lo and behold their Warranty is for 3 months parts and 1 month for labor. Really? If you buy the parts direct from Frigidaire their warranty is 12 months. Of course this is past the 60 days to dispute with your Credit Card company so outa luck. So I go and get a great deal on a dishwaster for $306, learn out to install it myself because I am so annoyed with this place. So basically if you want a repair that costs $300 and lasts 3 months please use these guys.
Technician from Appliance services Inc. did nothing to repair my leaking fridge. Called Frigidaire to send a technician from a different company (Electrolux) and they fixed it in 30 minutes. Repairman was either lazy or incompetent

Did not fix stove at my mothers house and refused to return her calls. Did not fail to take her money, though!
