We had Pro Quality install new patio flooring and railing, install gutters and patch up our siding and roof. The job was impeccable. Pro Quality came out, assessed the situation, gave me a proposal to do the repairs which covered what appeared to be needed. Pro Quality provided a contract with small print that said they would provide insurance certificate, manufacturers warranty information and materials estimates and do the full repair. I called them back and made an appointment to sign the contract and pay the first installment. At the time the appointment was made, the person answering the phone said the sales rep would bring the insurance certificate, manufacturers warranty and materials estimate. Someone arrived on time for the contract signing appointment, but it was not the original sales rep. This second person asked to see the roof and attic interior and told me that the originally proposed solution was incorrect. The original sales rep arrived about 15 minutes later. We sat down to sign the contract, but I was told that they would not provide the insurance certificate, information on the manufacturers warranty or a materials estimate and the second rep changed the contract eliminating the removal and replacement of the under shingles and tongue and grove wood support--more than 1/2 the labor and materials. They reduced the price by only 10%. The second guy said they could not provide the additional documents referenced in the contract and they both left taking my copy of the second proposal without my knowledge.

Did a roof for my house. Adam was very responsive and was great to deal with. Fair price and great quality.

Pro Quality completed my windows last week. I dealt with Curtis and Joe who were both amazing. My windows were installed and my house looks great. I will be referring them to all my friends and family.

Beware of the SCAM..... they send in a salesman to tell you about the company..All LIES....all they do is sub out the job to under skilled day laborers......BE AWARE

Shady Shady Shady..... this company called me from an unlisted number, picking up was my first mistake. I made an appointment for them to look at my roof, my second mistake. After an hour and a half they gave me a price to replace my roof that made me laugh. Ridiculously high. This company needs to be reported to consumer affairs.
