Came here and Dr. Chen determined I needed a retreatement on a previous root canal. The staff were all friendly. Dr. Chen and her assistant were constantly communicating with me to make sure that I was alright, and understood what they were doing. They also were gentle enough that I had minimal/ no swelling after the first few days. If I needed to have another procedure done they would be my first choice.

From beginning to end, an outstanding experience. Dr. Saccamanno was so thorough and clear on everything. Such a great sense of humor as well. I really liked that he was very conservative with my options instead of jumping into treatment right away. The assistant was great and front desk was very helpful. All the questions I had were answered and I left feeling very pleased. Very clean office with an uplifting vibe. If you need a root canal this is the place to go for sure.

I went in for my first ever root canal last week. I was so petrified since I have always had a fear of the dentist but my friend recommended this place for me so I gave it a try. I must say coming from a person who was always afraid of the dentist, this place really does not make you feel like you are in a dental clinic at all. The doctors were amazing. So understanding of how I felt and they made me feel very comfortable with getting my root canal done. It’s like I was at a spa. Not only do the doctors go above and beyond for their patients, but even the assistants do to. The assistant Kristiana literally held my hand while I got numb and was so caring. The whole staff here is amazing. This was a pain free and very comforting experience. Highly recommend this place. Especially if you are somebody who is afraid as I am.

Dr. Saccommano is an amazing endodontist who explains everything he does so clearly, it’s comforting as a patient to know exactly what is being done. He takes his time with his patients and his smile and good sense of humor just adds to the comfort you feel as a patient. His assistant Margarita is so professional and goes the extra mile for her patients, and I really appreciate that about her.

One of the best experiences at dentist. I’ve had 3 root canals (lucky me right?) and the first two were at a different place, very traumatizing. Honestly, I don’t know when I’ve had a better experience at a dental office. Dr. Saccomanno and his wonderful staff were lovely, gentle, professional and thorough.I had to have an emergency root canal, and, as dreadful as that sounds, it was truly not a bad experience. They’re not cheap, but they shouldn’t be. I dont typically get staffs names but I made sure to so today. If the staff here goes above and beyond so shall I. The front desk receptionist Kristen, was very sweet and patient. I had 101 questions as this was my first root canal Ive ever had to do, she took her time answering my questions with a smile the entire time. I was nervous for my procedure but she was very knowledgeable and made me feel calm and safe. Dr. Mastroianni also took very good care of me, made sure I felt comfortable and the procedure went perfect. I have zero complaints the staff here were excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could. I 100% recommend this location if you need a dental specialist, it could be a very scary moment but the staff here will make you feel calm and comfortable with warm welcomes and great service. Hopefully, this will be the only tooth procedure I will need but if its not I surely will come back!

The office is wonderful. They were able to get me in quickly and there was no wait time at the office. Very clean and spa like feel. The girls at the front were friendly and able to answer my questions. The dentist called me the following day to check up on me which is rare now days with doctors. A couple of weeks ago I gave this endodontist a one-star rating. But I am updating my review to four Stars. Since my last review their staff has worked with me to try to figure out the reason why my insurance company did not reimburse me fairly. Dr. Mastroianni is perfect for babies!! He took great care to make sure that I dont feel even the slightest pain. Hes wonderful! I felt completely relaxed, my comfort was his number one priority and he always checks to make sure Im fine. I woke up this morning having severe pain on one of my front top teeth. The first thing I did was call my dentist. His office was closed so he had referred me to this endodontic practice. I called over and describe my symptoms to the receptionist who was very kind and got me in right away. The office was beautiful, and very clean. I filled out my paperwork on one of their iPads and as soon as I was done one of the assistance came to get me. I spent no longer than five minutes in the waiting room.I was brought back into the operatory where Tania, the assistant started off by taking my temperature, x-rays and a 3-D scan. Dr Mastoianni came into the room, went over all of my imaging with me and what my best options were. He assured me that my root canal would be painless which made me happy since I have a dental phobia. I had such a great experience! The whole procedure lasted about an hour and a half and I had no pain afterward. Plus I was able to watch my favorite Netflix show on the big flat screen TVs they have in the room! If I ever need another root canal I will defiantly be going back!

Dr. Mastroianni and his team are absolutely wonderful! I was referred to his office for a root canal procedure on a badly cracked tooth that had been causing me severe pain for several months. Im someone who would categorize myself as having moderate to strong anxiety over dental procedures, and Dr. Mastroianni was kind, patient, and informative throughout my procedure. He explained every step of the process, including the different sounds, smells, and sensations I would experience as he worked. In terms of pain...what pain?? Three injections (you barely feel anything with two, and one not at all) and welcome to your pain-free relaxation session, complete with Netflix and a memory foam neck pillow.Dr. Mastroianni has a relaxed, warm, and humorous demeanor, and genuinely seems to love what he does. In addition to checking in with me every other minute to make sure I was ok, he took his time to make sure that everything was perfect before sending me home with a fixed tooth and the ability to eat and drink cold foods again! I am so thankful to have had such a positive experience at his office, and while I hope I dont have to get any more root canals in the future, I know Im in the best hands possible with Dr. Mastroianni, should the need arise :-)

I have known dr Cotter for many years. I went to see him for an evaluation on tooth that I had a root canal done previously. He is very thorough in his assessment and take a conservative approach. He makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure to make sure you are not in pain and explains to you what he is doing beforehand. Lastly dr Cotter will contact you after your procedure to make sure you are ok. The entire staff there is very pleasant. I recommend that if you are looking for a great endodontist to please give dr Cotter a try. You won’t regret it.
