Good pedicure, but misleading price list. I picked a $39 pedicure, that cost me $62! Apparently, thethings that I thought were included were each an extra cost. They also told me that my tip, which I thought was both generous and not mandatory, wasn’t big enough! Well, there won’t be a next time!

Great place. They just take a long time and I hate when my nails crack with gel, but very nice atmosphere. They do great nails.

I went for a pedicure which was not worth 40 dollars, I felt rushed. I left the salon and not even 2 hours later 7 of my nails chipped. I went back the next day to get them fixed which they are very nice and clean but not even the next day AGAIN the polish chipped on 3 more nails. I was told if I wanted them to last longer I had to pay 4 dollars more for a more fancy bottle of essie when there’s no difference but the shape of the bottle. I never have issues with my pedicures and always use essie on my toes this is a first and will never go back and definitely don’t recommend.

The gentleman finessed my powder manicure, but filed them down so thin that they cracked down the middle of my nail. They chipped, and broke less than 2 days later. My pedicure nail polish chipped away the next day. As much as I love the vibe, I won’t be going back. It took me a long time to grow out my nails, just for me to try a new place and they crack and break. I came here with a group of girlfriends that wanted to try it out, should’ve never strayed away from my main nail place.

This was so awful. Skin damaged in waxing, had wrong tools mani pedi felt so rushed had to wait even though made an appointment, took incredibly long and expensive.

This salon is very clean but It is unacceptable to make a patron wait so long. They do a great job and are gracious but more than once I have made an appt and had to wait way too long time to be taken .Its inconsiderate. My time can be put to better use.

Pinko is my go to nail salon because it is clean and parking is not an issue! Vivian is my service provider of choice. Ive recently changed my schedule so that I can have my nails done ONLY by Vivian!Theres a gentleman who does manicures and doesnt wear gloves unless requested! 😩 Even when requested, he often wears only ONE glove! 😳Prices are NOT inexpensive! And sometimes the service is NOT equal to the amount charged! BE CAREFUL..Some polish selections come with additional cost! Also, the marquee is NOT necessarily what you are charged!The outcome of the service is spotty! You MIGHT have to speak up about less than expected outcomes for both manicures AND pedicures!My advice, find a service provider at Pinko whose work you LOVE and STAY WITH THEM! THIS will take the STING out of the the bill!Lastly, this salon REQUIRES TIPS IN CASH! 🙄🤨🤔 When asked WHY..The response is ALWAYS Thats what the owner wants! But NO ONE seems to be able to identify the OWNER! 🤔

They are very clean and have good distancing and sanitizing protocol. Services are good and are very professional. I forgot a Tiffany band at their salon and they found it and held it until I returned and asked if I had lost a ring . Very trustworthy.

Friendly staff..our appointments are always taken on time. Health precautions taken seriously..very professionally run and very sanitary and clean, not to mention fabulous pedicures..support this local business..
