They never deliver packages on weekends. I have things listed as delivered on Sat and nothing was delivered. End up getting it on Monday with regular mail or not at all. Also I have a camera on my front door so I can see they never even attempt.UPDATE. I was told the post office does this to stop the clock. They dont even give it to the mail person to deliver.

Always lost packages not sure whats going on in this place. NO one seems to know what they are doing. We definately need an overhaul of this Postal office.

The absolute worst drivers and service Ive ever experienced in my life. The driver claims to not access the house when its just raining and she doesnt want to get out of the car, this has happened twice. Not to mention a package of mine was lost and they cant get any tracking information.

I do a little selling on Ebay and this location the past couple of weeks has been truly unpleasant to visit. I am an overall cheerful and respectful patron. So I dont understand why Im given attitude each time I come in which has been sparingly. I have even stopped by early mornings thinking that may resolve the issue. But even then I am still met with a sense of disappointment each time I come in. I understand the jobs that they hold are not easy and I can completely understand the obstacles one may come across considering my long experience with retail. Yet it is unprofessional of them to treat every customer with the same attitude and tone no matter the circumstances. That is why I will take my business elsewhere and will hope they go about hiring some new individuals for the front desk. Besides the customer service the location is very clean and quite easy to access. I just wish they did a better job with their patrons so I wouldnt have to travel out of my way for business.

My package arrived in mamaroneck then got shipped to Stamford, CT.Why??. Was supposed to be delivered today.

Truly need a lesson in customer service communications and etiquette. USPS profits from the public’s patronage. Are you trying to lose that?

Christian at Mamaroneck PO is phenomenal. When we had a baby, he went above and beyond to make sure every gift package arrived safely. There were some confusions including, but not limited to, a resident in our building with the same surname, some address typos from companies our gifts were from, etc., and Christian went out of his way to fix the errors. He is very professional on top of being very friendly. We couldnt ask for a better mail carrier, so thank you and we appreciate you!

Christian at Mamaroneck P.O. is amazing. He is so unbelievably helpful, we moved out of the area and he helped us out big time to forward and get our mail! Huge thanks to him!

This is absolutely the best post office I have ever been to, everybody is nice and helpful, anything you need, they are there for you to help you out, explain. Every time I go, I leave with a smile and such a good feeling. Pleasure to deal with people that work there. Beyond amazing! If post office, definitely one in Mamaroneck!

Unprofessional. Needs better management. Be more responsible and call people who make appointments and that there are delays. So people won’t waste time going there and waiting!

See so many negative posts I feel they deserve a 5 star and I’ll tell you why.1) already helpful and friendly. If you say hello to people usually they help you and return the nicety. If you came up to me aggressive and mean I would be rude to you. Human nature.2) I had something sent to me and I mislabeled my address. I went over and explained to the post worker behind the counter the issue. Showed her my id and correct address. She said she would tell the postman. I was skeptical as a previous Manhattan resident I’ve seen bad workers. So I decided I would stop back in a few days from now to remind them. NO NEED!!! My package arrived without any issue with my correct address hand written on it.Thank you. Keep it up

Ive been going to this post office for a few years and even opened a P.O. box there. Carmen is one of the most customer service oriented employees ever. Shes professional and knowledgeable. Shes the main reason Ive continued to renew my P.O. Box. If Carmen could be cloned, this post office would be ranked the best in the nation.

ABSOLUTELY 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been there only 2 times and worst experience ever. They dont care about the customers...

The USPS is most unreliable. I will use FedEx from now on. They cannot tell me if a priority mail will get to the destination which is already 4 days late any time soon. This is a shame.

Would give zero stars if I could. Received a text message that my package was delivered to the post office so instead of waiting around all day for the package I decided to see if pickup was possible. I walked in with a smile on my face (as I always do) and asked politely if I could pick up my package. A man at the counter asked me what time I received that package before I could even finish my sentence he rudely and condescendingly responded that my package was under 50 boxes waiting to be sorted (as if I’m causing him a huge inconvience for asking) As I’m talking to this man a female employee starts pointing her finger at me barking orders to “move” and “get out of the way” because at this time another customer was walking in. The lack of professionalism in this office is unbelievable but I guess that is to be expected of such people. Beware of Mamaroneck USPS!

I went to Post office on Mamaroneck right next door to gas station and a nail salon across from Bryant Street . I was not feeling good at all but had to send a priority mail . I went to the customer service lady a much older black american woman only person that was there and she starts yelling and trying to be little me because I had the wrong envelope ! Horrible service, Mind you I work for customer service as a Medical Biller and I have patients calling me all the time and I always keep my proffesionalism so why is it that people who are in the Customer Service Field think that they can treat others rude!!! I am still trying to report this lady!!!!!!

They’re phone operator is so stupid and then it takes an hour to talk to a representive! So frustrating!!

Terrible! It took me 4 visits in one day to get a passport. Absolutely terrible

If I could give less than one star I would. Randomly wouldnt get mail for days or even weeks. Moved to Long Island, set up forwarding...and my mail is still being delivered to Mamaroneck. Try calling to find out whats going on...no one EVER answers the phone. Such a joke.

This is about home delivery! Shame on you!

They take a long time just to deliver a small package and there tracking is the worst.

The lines can get a little long here around the holidays, but for the most part, this is a solid post office.

Mail service in Mamaroneck is atrocious.

Definitely part of the staff of this office needs to be trained in customer service. They have a very bad way of talking to people. I think the way they communicate is inappropriate.
