My representative, Carlos, was FANTASTIC. Super professional, very thorough, and REALLY patient. I am petrified of mice - and yesterday one scurried across my counter top and behind the wall. After a few minutes of Carlos inspecting the space, It was pretty clear how the mouse got onto the countertop, where it disappeared to, and that is was already gone. Despite that, I was was still really freaked out- and to help assure me, Carlos went above and beyond. He checked every nook and cranny of my apartment (I mean EVERY nook and cranny- pulling out my oven, the dishwasher, dishwasher, checking the water connections to the dishwasher, sink, and washer/dryer, looking behind the washer dryer, in between my sliding doors, inspecting the radiator, etc.). NuBorn Pest is lucky to have an employee like Carlos!

Osvaldo (who was fully vaccinated and masked) came on time, quickly identified the problem (carpenter ants), and was able to provide the treatment on the same visit. Many dead ants the next day! He was friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Teddy from NuBorn is one of the most attentive and courteous workers in my building. He does an incredible job with mice & roaches and stops by frequently to ensure everything is up to par. I can’t explain how comforting it is to not have to worry about these issues, especially being on the first floor of my building. If you’re looking for reliable pest control, they are definitely the go-to!

This is the 2nd time Ive used them, the 1st was when we 1st bought the house in 2017 it had a roach issue. The exterminator came once and luckily havent seen a roach as of yet. The second during this pandemic was a mice issue, something i wanted to handle but was now affecting my tenant. The exterminator came asap and inspected all areas. Blocked out any openings and setting traps. This is only day 2 and upstairs caught one so i can safely say we are on the right track.

The exterminator Armando, where there wererat hole he inserted rat poison and used my steel wool and I covered the hole with wood filler.  Armando was pleasant, helpful, and patient and this apartment is big. I would definitely recommend him again.

Technician DaShawn was superb. We had a Rat infestation (90% of our issue). He went to each apartment; checked behind refrigerators; behind stoves and throughout the cellar. More importantly, he asked many questions to each Tenant, explained what to do before the next visit and knocked out the Rat problem in one month. Ted is an awesome neighborhood exterminator! He was thorough in his explaining the services he planned to give during his visit, at a fair price. He arrived 10 min early and made sure to go through each area of concern in the apartment where I had seen bugs. He took time to identify each entry point, and sealed off these areas, and treated all other areas that I described. He is kind, polite, professional, and puts the needs of the client first, making sure everything he is doing and what he’s using is explained in detail. He provided my roommate and I with some products we can use to treat the apt at our leisure as well. Not to mention he was thorough and did the job in an efficient and timely manner. First of all! I had never had any issues with mice in my house so when I noticed we had an issue I freaked out. I called and they came out immediately same day! We had reached out to our property management company about receiving preventative treatment in our unit. NuBorn followed up almost immediately and offered to schedule next day.
