Absolutely disgraceful. I called for a cab and was told it would arrive in 15 minutes. I waited 20 and called back, and was told sorry, no cars are available. I was not even afforded to courtesy of a phone call to tell me so I could call someone else. I have had nothing but problems with this car service on multiple occasions, but thinking it was a fluke I gave them another chance. Then another one. This was the third. They certainly will not get a fourth. Very disappointing, where is your professionalism?

Its almost impossible to get a taxi after 8:00 p.m. on weeknights and you can forget about getting on on the weekends.

They never have taxis, sometimes they tell you that they are going to send you one and it takes too long. Mak service.
