Financing was easy, quick, but also took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you for your help Michael.Review Update 9/8/2021:Reducing this to 1 star because I overpaid for a vehicle I picked up in mid-July and still have not received my $2,000 overpayment back. At the end of July I was told that a check would be sent out in the mail but I have not received anything yet. I have been calling to reach John in the finance department (ext 1075) but I have left several voicemails and he hasnt returned my calls. At this point, I am wondering if it will have to come down to disputing the charge on my credit card to get my money back.Originally I posted a 5-star review (you are somewhat pressured to do so in person so when you pick up the car), but since I am here revising my review I figure that I might as well catalog another thing that bugged me throughout my experience.I got a great loan rate through Bank of America, but this dealership does not have a relationship with them so I had to go through a manual process to secure the loan. This took about 2 weeks, and the salesperson I worked with was frustrated with the length of the process and at one point told me that he was getting pressure to get the car off the lot. If I didnt get the loan approved quickly, he said they might sell the car to someone else (despite the deposit that I paid? And despite the fact that the purchase agreement that I signed is good for 30 days?).Overall the people I dealt with were pleasant, but I do not feel compelled to recommend this dealership to friends and family.

This is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional, I do not understand how could the owner of this dealership after we put a deposit for a 2021 Toyota Sienna for my family (XLE Metallic gray 8 passenger FWD) that we have been waiting for 2 weeks swaps it to another dealership just 1 hour from the time we are scheduled to pick it up (9/25/2021 at 3pm) to finalize the paperwork with the financing department. How can the owner believes this is professional and ethical? Now I need to find another Toyota dealership who is professional with their customers needs and I hope you do the same.

What a great experience at Toyota City from the time we walked into the place till we drove out with our car. Salesman Genuine Thomas was professional, personable and got us a great deal. My husband and I went to buy a used car. We had called the day before to let them know which car we were interested in looking at. When we arrived, one of the managers had taken the car off the lot as a demo car and was on his way to Connecticut. We had to wait over an hour for him to return with the car. During our wait we asked some questions about the car and why the price was so good. Theyd told us it was because they want to do right by their customers and then they told us that it was because they needed to sell it back to a distributor within 13 days and so theyre just trying to get a better price than what the distributor will pay them. Turns out the reason the price was so good was because the car was scratched up to high heavens, but no one mentioned that to us while we were waiting there for over an hour. This was a really disappointing experience and the only time Ive left a car dealership feeling taken advantage of.

I recently leased a 2021 Toyota Corolla. There were a lot of upgrades to the electronic features, which were new to me when compared to my 2018 Corolla. Joe Croce explained all of the new features, which probably would have taken me quite while to figure them out on my own with the manual. I was quite impressed with the upgrades and Joes detailed explanations. Its helping me now to enjoy them. I also called him after the sale and he got back to me with more info. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

3 weeks ago i sent an application for a car. First i spoke with a guy name andrew the one rin my credit and told that was gonna call me at the end of the day and never call me. One week later I call and spoke with another guy call Michael and he run my credit score again and told me the same i will speak with my financial manager and call you back and never call me or pick my calls agan. Now today 3 weeks later i call to see what happen o what the bank or financial department says about my application but no body knows anything. No body the guy andrew or Michael at that place and no body knows anything about my application but they made 3 inquiries to my credit report and no body give me an answer about my application. I did call today and they put me on holp for more than 25 mints and forgot about me. I call again and again and they don’t pickup the phone and if they answer they said “im gonna put you with another department” and hang on me. Is incredible that they can give me an answer a simple question. All what I wanted to know is was how much the bank ask for down payment and what paperwork i need to go and pick up the car. But they play me and never answer anything.

I contacted this dealer the day before and was told to come into test drive the Sienna. When I got there, I had waited for about 20 mins and then got a text from the dealership that they hope I can still make the appointment. I went up to guest services and advise them about the text and she seemed confused why no one has come to speak with me. Finally a sales person sits down to with me to go over some of the other cars they have in stock. 15mins later he comes to tell me the owner took the Sienna that I wanted to test drive to the Hamptons and the system wasnt updated. Toyota City does not value your time or your business.

Most of the times these guys need to get credit for the people they talked to and want to take your number or email so someone can annoy you with calls down the road. Friendly, helpful, very attentive staff. I liked the fact that my salesperson was not high pressure but let me take my time in deciding what I wanted rather than trying to browbeat me into a sale. The staff was also very helpful in demonstrating for me all the bells and whistles on my new car. I had forgotten to remove my EZ-Pass transponder from my old car until the following day, but when I called, they knew exactly who I was and had found it in the car and had it waiting for me.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Toyota City. Everyone from our sales person, James Manos to our Delivery Coordinator, Joe Croce to our Finance person, Jason Manos. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Joe explained every inch of the car to me which was very helpful since this is my very first car. I would highly recommend Toyota City to everyone I know who is looking to buy a car.

Toyota City was without a doubt the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Owner Michael Ianelli and his staff made me fell like I was their most important customer. Transparency and integrity are the best ways to describe the way these people do business. I arrived at 2 pm and drove out of the dealership at 5 pm with our new car. They made our car buying process stress free. I shopped around and they were by far the best deal in Westchester. Michael and his sons Nick and Michael are so helpful and kind along with every other person that works there. I felt like I was hanging out with people in my family for the day. We had a wonderful experience at Toyota City this month, and are very happy with our car purchase. From the moment we walked in until we drove away with the car, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We also felt very safe, and everyone wore masks and there were many safety protocols in place. John Erick was extremely helpful and gave us a fair deal. It was such a positive experience after being at other dealerships. Ginny in sales, Jason in finance and Joe in sales/orientation did a fantastic job. Ginny was always professional and patient as we waited for the right vehicle. No pressure and very kind and accommodating. The price was fair. I had been to three other dealers who were charging a substantial premium on the RAV Prime. Jason beat the financing rates on the Toyota website and worked with me to optimize interest rate/money down combination. Jason processed the state rebate/tax credit too.. Very helpful. When I arrived, Joe was there to walk through all of the new tech features. Patient and knowledgeable. Overall — very professional, friendly, helpful.

The financial staff was personable and top notch explaining all my options. It is nice to deal with people who understand what good customer service means. They certainly provided just that. The entire Toyota City team is amazing! I have never had a better experience at a car dealership. From explaining every possible financing option to taking the time to teach me the new technology, they took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable by the time I drove my new Corolla off the lot. I highly recommend Toyota City for anyone in search of leasing or buying a new Toyota.

I live about 40 miles from Toyota City and it is over an hours drive. However, their price and trade in was fair, better than I got on Long Island. Ginny the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and no one in the place, including the managers, were pushy about why I needed a few days to think over such a big purchase. Joe, who gave me my lessons on the car, was very patient with me, since technology is not my forte. I am very pleased with the service I received at Toyota City and definitely recommend them to others, even if it means traveling and bridges.

Very disappointed with Matthew, had to wait a few days and still not getting the specification sheet requested. 3 days later was told that the vehicle has been sold. And I was told that they don’t take deposit on the car. Not even sure if it’s true. Ask for someone else if you can to save your time
