I was customer for 22yrs requested CoV-19 breakdown of payment from Jesse don’t trust him very sneaky and unprofessional I’m retired officer this employee became upset based on him telling me no breakdown is available I suggesting AARP insurance he canceled my insurance without proper notification Mr Rob Stabile knows this is clearly unprofessional and has allowed my insurance to lapse Jesse informed once payment was made of 1048.00 my insurance would be reinstated and lapse removed instead my payment was received under false representation my insurance was not reinstated due to new law Jesse says was passed on Sept 14 He cancelled the insurance without me knowing don’t used them it’s a scam now I have to pay DMV and another company Allstate refuses to refund my money and sending me collections notices don’t trust Jesse or Rob use Malika u won’t regret it

We switched over to Allstate with Rob and have had a great, much more personal, experience than with our previous agency. He saved us money and our policy has better coverage for our needs and lifestyle!
