The service manager at this location can arbitrarily decide who can have and use the road hazard warranty on a tire purchased in 2020. He is a god and his word is law. Today this manager went home flexing for Walmart. If you decide to go anyway, I hope the gavel falls in your favor.

Ordered my tires online. Tried calling same day and was told that I had to call during automotive hours, 12pm-6pm. Tried calling on Saturday. Never picked up in automotive during those hours. Called Sunday from 12pm-2:30pm and still got no answer. So I drove 30 minutes into Malvern to get the job done, only to hear that they cannot service my tires because the wait is too long. The woman at the desk was extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic. What. Lousy. Service.At the very least, improve your phone system so that paying customers aren’t sidelined and forced to go elsewhere to have the tires installed. Never coming back to this location unless I need to return the tires. Ever.

Well, right now, the Car Center is open today, Saturday 09-19-2020 though it says theyre closed. I went by earlier to get an oil change and associate told me they open at 12 noon and only open until 6pm using the COVID issue to blame I stopped back right BEFORE noon and there were NO cars lined up for service and I was told there was a 4 hour wait. WTH?! Seems they let people call in ahead of time. We should all be treated the same way, line up first come first served, but NOOO. Absolutely ridiculous !!! Being its Malvern, there is NO other place open for an oil change; the other places are losing money!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere. The stock of items in the store are ALWAYS low too, i.e. canned dog food.

Be going back for my tires,and fast friendly and knowledgable service.

Mainly upset with how this shop is ran. Operates the “Walmart way”. Watched the manager yell at a pregnant girl and make her stock car batteries. Otherwise the techs and cashiers are great.

The Automotive manager is not very professional and does not like service animals and will ask you to leave with your service dog manager very rude

They was rude an unfriendly and I didnt want a hundred there what you call it road hazard I fix my tire and yeah Ive been finding nothing but rudeness and theyre not doing anything for anybody out there anymore so I will start going somewhere else to get my oil change is and getting my tires

Every time I try to get an oil change here as soon as I walk in the door I’m told “it will be 2-3 hours before we can even get to you”. It seems they would rather run off business than welcome it.

Very slow service, poor quality in the tires they put on, never can find records of mine or husbands names in system and all our tires have been from them.
