I have been a state farm customer for 46 years- cars and home. This included insuring 3 teenagers at one time- glad that time has passed. I have always been more than pleased whenever making a claim. Love the girls in the front office, they always have an answer or know where to find the answer. Thanks for being my good neighbor!!!!!

They are the best. Any time I have needed help (which has been a lot lately), they are knowledgeable and get right on it. They are even issuing me a check for my towing by just texting them a picture of the bill. This helps so much because I am going to be out of town for a few days. Highly, highly recommend!

Spotless driving record yet my rates kept going up. Not once in the 10+ years I had State Farm did they ever go down. After the pandemic started my rates just exploded. Mark Cramer is a very nice guy but my family could no longer afford them. I went with a different company and cut my rates in half which means I have more money to spend on my kids

While searching for insurance over 2 years ago I filled out an estimate request. Ever since then despite telling the caller MULTIPLE TIMES that I was not interested, I still continue to get calls. I have blocked The number and they leave voicemails. I am tired of getting calls from this company. I am happy with the insurance I have (which is cheaper than my quote) and will never apply for insurance through this company.
