Me and my husband rented the Marbella villa in Hollywood Hills and had a wonderful experience. Perfect location, beautifully renovated, great furniture and very clean. Will definitely rent the same house again in the future!

My experience at Stay Awhile was wonderful. I stayed three days in suite 7 with my boyfriend. The suite had an incredible view that could be seen from the bedroom and the living room. The service was great, our host Daniela was always attentive to us and she made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back !!

I had the pleasure of staying at a suite over the memorial day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean everything was and it is the perfect location. Just two doors down from Nobu. The amenities were top notch and the smart toilets were everything!!! Great 5 star service.

I stayed in suite 10 and its amazing. The suite was very clean with incredible views. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Thanks again Stay Awhile Villas for an amazing stay!!

I paid for a luxury unit on Carbon Beach, but it had no hot water, the floors were very dirty, and the door to the bathroom wouldnt shut creating privacy issues. I reached out to the on-site host at both the e-mail address provided in the guest manual and the e-mail address provided by the woman who checked me in. Unfortunately, I discovered bounce back emails to both the next morning, so I had to reach out directly through Airbnb. The owner of the company tried to blame me for not informing his team of the issues until 24 hours into my stay, but thats due to his and his teams own failure to provide an accessible person on-site or an accessible e-mail. Even after contacting Stay Awhile directly, my issues were completely ignored. I spent the remainder of my stay with a dirty floor (and by dirty, I mean my feet were black - see the attached picture that was provided to and unaddressed by the host and his team), no hot water, and no ability to use the bathroom in private. Because of the legitimate issues I raised, for which no remedy was provided, the Superhost proceeded to bash me on Airbnb through baseless attacks and assumptions about my character, entirely unrelated to my performance as a guest. Stay Awhile Villas is the furthest thing from professional, and no one should fall for the hype and waste their hard-earned money on these self-proclaimed luxury units. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and have no desire to stay at another one of their properties.Disclaimer: This review concerns only customer service and accommodations of the unit. I gave the trip 4 stars on Airbnb due to the nice view and the beach. I still had a nice time on my trip, but that was from no help of the host and his team of professionals.
