Russel and Tony did a terrific job for us in selling our home in Malibu. It was an especially difficult sale since the home needed a new septic system and as such, the buyers needed to be an all cash buyer, as given the septic system issue, no mortgage company would take on a loan. So not only did the buyer need to be all cash, they needed to be willing to take on a septic system install that could have cost upwardsof $250,000. Given the challenges of finding this kind of a buyer, Russel and Tony did a terrific job in regards to speed of finding the right buyer and negotiating a very good deal for both buyer and seller. Linda and I would recommend this group to anyone as they are Not only diligent, but personable and creative in getting the job done quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
