Incredible service from Jasmine and the team. We had shipped a business proposal through another shipping company that needed to arrive by a firm deadline. As that deadline approached and the guaranteed delivery time had not taken place, I was looking for local options that could rush print and then deliver the proposal directly. I called at 1:00 PM and needed it delivered by 3:30 PM same day.Another print company in the area told me they dont provide that delivery service and stopped there. PostalAnnex+ told me that theyd look into what they could do although this was something they didnt usually provide. They gave me pricing for a rush order printing job and told me that they would be able to personally deliver it for my team by our deadline.In the end, our shipment was delivered shortly after the conversation. Worst experience ever!!!! I have taken my envelopes for Fedex overnight there and they told me that the envelope would go out the same day and they didnt go out until the next day. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DONT TAKE YOUR PACKAGES OR ENVELOPES TO THIS STORE!!!! They didnt even try to make it right with me. This happened twice before too.
