The car rental rental process is very fast paced now . Even the damage reports are a quick walk at with a cell phone camera. This location doesnt have a large inventory to Choose from but the customer service is very professional and very helpful.

Reserved a car 4 days ahead to be picked up in the Malibu location. When my son and I got there for our 8:30am pick up time, no one was at location. We waited over 45min for someone to show up. When we finally got thru to someone on the phone, they told us that the employee was late and would not be there until 10am and that we would have to drive to the Woodland Hills location to pick up a car. Totally unprofessional and a total inconvenience for us to drive from Malibu to Woodland Hills. This puts us 3 hours behind the start of our day. Would never rent a car from them again. How high school of an excuse....my employee is in traffic.

I was met by Levin who manages the Malibu location. He was professional, courteous, and all around good guy. If youre renting a car in Malibu hes the man to see.

I called to get an estimated time frame for a guest of the Executive Center on Pepperdines campus to be picked up. The guy who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude. He said he was the only person there so he didnt know how long it would take, and when I asked again for an estimated time frame, he talked to me like I was a toddler and said he cant just close the door in other customers faces to come to Pepperdine and asked Do you understand? very slowly to imply that I am unintelligent. I will tell all of my guests to go with a different company.
