After 40 years of good Allstate agents and service, I was taken over by Robert Feldman when my agent died. It was not long before I noticed a huge difference. Robert is all talk and no action. He is forgetful and arrogant and he does not know his own product. He tries to cover up for this by making things up. This cognitive dissonance is not a substitute for competence. I recommend not using Robert or his office.

From start to finish Robert & his team were wonderful from start to finish.
