Jack was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He told me what he was doing step by step which I really appreciated. Jack did an excellent job cleaning out the outside AC unit. I also appreciate the fact that he left to get the correct filter and returned within 30 minutes to fit. Overall was very happy, I will highly recommend Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends and family.

When the installers came they were so friendly and polite. They did a great job with the new furnace and A/C install, I am very pleased with the company.

They have installed and replaced three units in one of our large buildings and do quarterly maintenance on a total of seven units in multiple locations. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and fair. When Ive had questions, they explain and I never feel that they are doing work that doesnt need to be done.They are usually very busy and it can be difficult to schedule a repair when its so hot that everyones A/C is breaking down, but they work very hard during the summer season to make sure things get taken care of promptly.Santa Monica Heating and Air is a solid, reliable, and trustworthy company.
