They really showed their empathy and understanding when I came in to get a battery...I appreciated their help and all their patience in pointing me in the right direction... Cant wait to go back for my next visit for my car... Im a proud car owner after 15 years and because of AutoZone I feel that there are still customer friendly stores out there to help out and guide the car owner whatever it may be

I found the person in charge not very helpful and not particularly kind when I drove out of my way to come to their store because their inventory showed they had an item... Which it turned out they did not. I bought really heavy stuff and they didnt offer to help carry out :(
What a great team of workers they have here! I bought brake pads and rotors and a woman named Fabiola was so kind and helpful that she carried the rotors out to my vehicle with no hesitation I tried giving her a tip but she would not take it now that is a hell of a worker next time youre in Malden and you need parts for your car I advise you to go to AutoZone on Easton Ave and see Fabiola she will help you with all your needs!!!!

The only autozone that has a bathroom “for employees only” all other auto zones bathrooms are for public. I will go to my usual revere and danvers stores to load up on supplies since Malden seems to have a hard time keeping shelves stocked
Definitely deserve ZERO stars.Bought a battery at this location for a Kia Sportage LX.The employee (tall/stocky Hispanic male with glasses) struggled to install the battery having to go in and out the store multiple times before “finishing.”The battery was not fully secured causing my car to lose connection to the battery while driving down 95 South.The looseness of the battery also caused cables to spark and melted the positive connector cable, the side of the brand new battery, as well as the thermal sheath for battery.Could have easily caused my car to set on fire!Once I get my final bill from KIA I will certainly be seeking reimbursement from auto zone.

The customer rep working tonight Williams I believe, was all over the map. Regardless helping a new co worker. I asked for his help putting on the windshield wiper blades I just purchased which isn’t cheap. Almost immediately said no I can’t leave my co worker. Then seemed annoyed I asked. Still have him a tip but didn’t seem great full.
I bought bought 2 rotors and the wrong rotorua in one of the boxes I returned the rotor and the girl charged me 8 dollars because I was no longer buying 1 I told her I was only getting a new one because they gave me the wrong one so not only do I have to go back to the store but she charged me 8 dollars i thought that was ridiculous

Very bad customer service. I went to this place to check if my battery is bad to change it. The business was open and they didnt want to check my battery because it was raining. They didnt care if I am having a hard time with my car. I didnt ask for a free service. If you are open you should do what you do in other days. Can you imagine if firefighters wont respond to an emergency because it is raining? What about police officers? Why firefighters and police officers do their job in a rainy days and you wont even though you are open for business?
I have been there 3 times. 1st and 2nd time I had a great experience. The 3rd time. Not so much. I needed my battery tested to see if it needed to be replaced. The associate said he could go check it for me. When we went outside, he said he cant test it, because of the rain. At the current time, there was no raining falling. It had stopped. He went on to say go find a mechanic somewhere and they will look at it. Really disappointed in service. Do better!
Generally go here for my auto part needs when Im feeling hands on versus taking it to the dealership. Staff seems friendly enough and they have a good variety of tools and Auto components for your own tasks.

Super helpful guy assisted with changing wiper blades! Odd that all the registers were barricaded with piles of stuff, and the clerk seemed confused when I asked if I could buy wiper blades and washer fluid. She didnt even know how to log into the register. How do they stay in business if customers paying for things is an unusual occurrence? 🤔

Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other nearby AutoZone stores. I have had great experiences in other locations, but the sales staff in this location act like customers are disrupting their day. They sold me the wrong wiper blades for my car, and didnt offer installation assistance like the other stores (which would have alerted them immediately they were wrong, saving me a return trip). Avoid!
I always find what I need there. Staff is helpful with putting on wiper blades if purchased there.
I asked the girl if she could help me to find the oil and she pointed me into that direction and I told her but I couldnt read the labels but I had the kind of oil that I needed so she says go up to the front get one of the guys to help me all the guys were on the phone oil is right beside us like I said I could Im a diabetic and my eyes were really messed up that day she was unbelievable she was horrific I would never treat somebodys mother like that never, they just lazy and they dont want to do any more than they have to. So the company gets the bad review for somebody that works in the back with that big black thing around her waist so when shes list stuff she doesnt hurt it and you get the bad review. When I asked her to help me she was right at the front door of the back room .

👍👍 store experience!!I had an unexpected issue with not having the right tool for a simple job (changing headlight) but Their lend a tool program worked absolutely flawlessly (I needed a 18 extension ratchet, and then, of course, a telescope magnet to retieve a bolt that I dropped in the engine bay), they happily provided both = Priceless.And my sincere gratitude was met by Phenomenal customer service. Great store, great crew, Thanks guys!Just as a Fyi, I am normally a pep boys frequent flyer, but I definitely dont see pep boys stepping up to help by lending tools Etc (as quiet as its kept I probably would have had to buy the darn tools for a one-time-use)... with this being said, this particular AutoZone location is now definitely tops on my list for any future related auto needs!In closing, this is a well-deserved positive review, Thanks again, keep up the great job, John
I thought visiting this AutoZone was a good idea based of the rating. Boy was I wrong. My wife brought our car back in after buying a battery last night was was told to come during the day to swap it out with the old one . No problem They said. Really professional to berate a DISABLED person for asking all of 10 minutes of help. To other coworkers right in front of customers no less. You might want your customer service skills dusted off a little bit. Feel free to visit this establishment if you want to have to convince someone to do minimal effort at their job.

Always a great experience. However they refuse to refund me taxes on a core charge. Stating that they do not charge taxes on cores. which Is FALSE. They most certainly do. Autozone is basically robbing people pennies at a time. Which for a company of this magnitude is alot of money.Otherwise its great.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They treat me like anyone else that walks in. They never try to upsell me. Thats what will keep me coming back. Some places have staff that talk down to women. That never happens here. I usually go in knowing what Im getting, but I hear how they speak to other customers and they are very nonjudgmental and helpful. If I needed something I dont know about, I trust them to not upsell. (Again, its not always like that at auto stores)Ive mostly stopped in for small stuff, but today I needed a special order and it was quick and easy to double check the part and Ill have it in two days.

Had part I needed
Employees here have horrible customer service. You walk in and they dont even greet you. I was waiting in line to just pay for an air freshener and there were 3 employees just standing there. I asked for them to help me check out, but they all said they couldnt. There was only 1 register open, and the employee at the register was talking to a costumer for about 15 minutes. I was in line for 15 minutes! This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Employees are rude. Dont ask if you need help, and when you do ask them for them help, they dont help you out.
