My husband & I needed to activate my new IPhone 12, purchased yesterday, & we met with Donna this morning at AT&T Malden. We had had a terrible experience when we called the AT&T general customer service line yesterday. They were not able to help at all. However, Donna was excellent - very personable, extremely competent, very patient, a pleasure to work with! She knew just what to do. What a wonderful experience. Give this woman a raise 😊!

I had a wonderful experience at the Malden location with Lewis.Lewis patiently explained all plans available and offered me a business plan that includes double the lines at half the cost of what my company was paying with the previous provider, INCLUDING all the bells and whistles we need.I’m pleased to have decided to give AT&T a chance, but even happier with the service and sales expertise provided by Lewis. Highly recommend 😀

I bought my new IPhone at AT&T in Malden. Mike was very helpful. He explained the new functionality of the new phone, converted all of my info from my old phone to the new phone, and clearly explained the billing amounts going forward. I even bought a case that was suggested as well. The service was very good and I would definitely go back to this store again. Thanks Mike!

Poor service skills and very unprofessional.Very disappointed in all my visits. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The employees we talked with was less than interested and was not really hearing our questions. I spent hours and hours trying to solve my problems there.When I opened my lines they placed several unnecessary charges, they sold me a misleading Apple Watch advertisement. Managers are extremely rude.Patricia introduced himself as a manager for me but I couldnt solve my problem, every time I went there they did not have responsible people able to help me.Lewis he introduced himself as a manager as well, I asked for his help with the extra fees he simply told me that he couldnt help me at all, he told me that I had to call the center alone and that he couldnt help me.Mauricio gave me the advice to do not pay mi bill if the extra charges were there, I had my service suspended.Donna very good person! Works well!Jennifer she was new there, very poor trained.I went to another AT&T (Boston - Boylston st) AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES

I ordered a wireless charger online to be picked up in the store. The price was good and it was supposed to be ready in 2 hours. I was instructed to wait for a second email. After 4 hours I called the store. They did not have my item ready yet. They informed me that they would get it ready and I could pick it up. I drove to the store. I waited for someone to acknowledged that I was there. I was already a bit frustrated at this point. The gentleman finally acknowledged me then asked for my id. He scanned it into his tablet. Not sure why ATT would want a photo of my id but ok, I needed this charger 2 hours ago. Now he tells me that ATT can not confirm my identity and deletes my order. He starts to look around the store to find the item. I pick one up and show him it is on the counter with the other items for pick up. Then he tells me he is going to give me a discount. The discount is $10 more than the price I paid online. Apparently he cant give me that price because he cancelled my order.I do not recommend this store. The customer service was non existent. Mauricio was less than helpful. I left the store without the charger and have not had a credit to my credit card account for the amount I had paid online.

A freaking awesome experience! If youre going there, dont waste your time! Ask for Mauricio! Hes patient, kind, and transparent! He will make you feel good about the money you spent! In all seriousness, I usually hate going to AT&T and Im suspicious about everything they do and Mauricio was the first person to make me happy during the visit! The ultimate professional!

We have had issues ordering online and transferring our accounts from Verizon. We came to the store in Malden, MA and have had such great service from Donna who helped us recover from the poor support on the phone and online. Donna patiently, and skillfully helped us get everything we needed plus helped us for multiple hours as we got transfered and she helped us through apples lengthy transfer process. She did all this while helping others and maintain a positive attitude, keeping us comfortable and having a good time with such a friendly deamenor. Thanks Donna and AT&T for making it clear a personal and human touch is important for good service still in 2021.

Brian S. Has been providing me and my family great service for many years. He is the reason we have been and will continue to be loyal at&t customers. I have received some bad service before from a few bad apples and Brian has always helped me regain the trust and confidence to stay a customer in your company.I have referred many people to Brian, not to at&t, but to Brian. I am glad I found him again in Malden. I left at&t and now I plan to join again...!Not sure if Brian will ever see this but you have a customer for life with me, my family and my friends. Problems give people an opportunity to show their competence and that they really care. I had phone problems and Donna Stone and Brian Santa Maria went WAY above and beyond to resolve them. Donna was super-helpful and a calm, steady presence--Brian is nothing less than a phone tech wizard. It took about 6 different approaches to solve my difficulties, but this team did it. Full marks!I hope they get the recognition they deserve for Outstanding Customer Service

I have my AT$&T for 6 years already. Im so happy. Great service with amazing price. Unlimited plan with two lines. But the services on this store is not good at all. I live 5 minutes from them, good forConvenience because is next to me but terrible about customer service. I always had bad experience and this happened again during this week. I went to the store, one guy look at me and said nothing so i asked for service and someone else come to me and ask me what i need. I explained to her and she just say; “go online or try using your app.” Dude i know that i can do over the app but If i went at the store i have my reasons, right ?! .... in six years, my experience with this store is bad. If i need them to be a ATT customer, definitely i will cross the street, because in front them we have a Verizon store .. by the way, i can suggest everyone, go to the ATT store in Medford next to the State Police. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Very unhappy with my experience at the Malden location. Staff members were uneducated about the changes regarding the services and BOGO phones. I switched services and bought a BOGO iPhone XR then to find I didn’t get the BOGO and now have to pay for both phones. I would recommend going to a different location or doing more research before going there.

I know its retail and working retail is tough but AT&T has to do a better job of training their reps. I visited this store and wasted 3 hours here & accomplished nothing. Well, other than being told youve had an AT&T account for a long time. You should close this 17 year old account & open a brand new one. Forget about this old one. I guess we know how AT&T reps are paid. This person didnt want to help Me in anyway. All he kept doing was trying to come up with different reasons why I should close my perfectly good AT&T account & open a new account.

Awful customer service. 2 reps were busy with 2 different customers when I arrived and there was a woman waiting. It took 15 minutes for me them to acknowledge either of our presence. After about 20 minutes a third employee named Rosell came on the floor. I asked if he could help assist the woman who was waiting in front of me and she said she had to wait for one of the other reps because he was the manager. This was conveyed with an air of arrogance. I have never had an enjoyable experience at this location.Update - males sale associate who eventually did work with me (Patrick I believe) was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They seem very helpful, they are not. Visied first time regarding lte. I brought my phone from my country, so they say it desnot have lte. I used lte on my phone back home.Second time I got OnePlus phone and had same problem so I hope this time they could fix it. But no. The guy said H+ and 4g and LTE are the same. He also said at&t is cdma and my phone is gsm. Said if I register my imei number to their system then I could end up having no internet connection at all. Said my number might be assigned to a Samsung phone for some reason and for some bunch of nonsense reasons I could not have lte in my phone.Not going back for the third time. I,m done

ATT is not only over priced but their service in this Malden location is terrible! I had to go in there 3 times per customer service on the phone bc of the same issue. Shalimar or whatever her name is has a attitude if things don’t go her way. Both her and Patrick had me escorted out by Malden Police because I told them they have crappy service. Video I took is on Twitter.ATT tech support finally fixed the issue after a week with no phone. They suggested I contact the attorney general office and complain about the incident with the police that was unnecessary. Actually if the manager had been there or had been able to be contacted this probably would not have escalated to the level it did. Some of these stores have kids that have big attitude issues. Lack training when there are problems.I won’t be returning to that store! Won’t recommend either. They will be hearing from the attorney generals office

Reviews for this place all read either 1 star or 5 stars. Ive been here a few times trying to set up my account and I can verify that my experiences are mercurial. Ask for Mike for a five star experience. Patient, knowledgeable and willing to help you solve your phone problem. Anything else is kind of a crapshoot.My associate was a male-identifying person that had been working there for a month (according to him). He tried to send me back out of the store without helping me at all saying that it wasnt his job to help me call customer service and the I made a face like I was all 😒 he literally said ”that face will get you nowhere.”He did end out spending about a half hour clicking around and muttering things to himself the whole time nervously tapping on the desk as though he couldnt contain his own impatience and would occasionally stop to tell me there was nothing he could do and tell me how rude and impatient I am then go back to clicking, muttering and tapping.When I decided Id had enough of this manchild, I told him we dont work well together and it was almost closing time so instead of talking to someone else, Ill go back another day and ask for Mike. His response was to gaslight me; it was a stunning performance: He told me that he was in fact patient and that I was impatient and rude and mentioned the four different websites hed been on trying to research my problem.On my way out, manchildperson said have a nice night; merry christmas” which was blatantly passive aggressive.Idk, I read a lot of online reviews of places and I know how it looks when someone just rants about what an awful experience they have. It looks like Im the big dumb bad guy and I just go through the universe spreading hate and ill will. Thats fine; you should take this however you want. Hopefully its a relevant data point.I give Manchildperson another 3 months holding this job at AT&T before he gets canned for one of the most unprofessional attitudes Ive seen in a storefront. I know 12 year olds with more customer service skills.

First time coming here on Tuesday late 10:00 am and there were only 2 workers. There were several people waiting ahead of me. The worker told me to be patient but I left along with 2 other people which one of them said he was waiting about an hour now. There is a tiger there called Lewis Vargas dam, but do not confuse him with the great bachatero Luis Vargas. However, the guy, like the bachatero, knows about that pod. Of what k is of phone, iPhone, android of to. One hundred percent recommended.Translation: I visited the store today because I was unhappy with my T-Mobile service. Immediately, I was greeted by Lewis. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. Exceptional attention. AT&T should give this guy a raise and a promotion. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
