Lost my car key and was referred to Masslock Inc. I can say that I am fully satisfied by the service provided. Good customer service and everything was done within less than 2 hours. From now on, I guess I am going there for anything lock related and will recommend it to anyone. Cool key 🔑 replacement too 😉

I have been using Mass Lock for years and I am never unsatisfied. They are very professional and reasonably priced for the industry. In an industry where there are a lot of companies who do not know what they are doing, you can never go wrong with Mass Lock!

Amazing staff and service! Super friendly. Went in with the plan to get a new car key because mine was about to break. That would’ve been like $165 but then one of the staff members said he could fix it and it would be $50. He did an amazing job! I would recommend this place to others.

I will only go here for any lock issue. Knows his stuff and many others do not. Very friendly staff always and reasonable prices. Id give 10 stars if I could. Best locksmith, key maker, fob programmer ever!!! Also always fast service. Never gave to wait but a minute or 2. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in, cant rate high enough. Ill never go anywhere else for anything lock related. Been a few times now and always same professional and friendly service. Dont bother anywhere else !

Cant imagine a better or more professional experience. We called on a Thursday and had a locksmith onsite the next day. Communication was smooth and thorough, and facilitated by email and text. The cost of the job was articulated immediately and all of the work was done quickly. A bonus was that extra keys were cut on the spot which saved us a trip to the hardware store. Highly recommended.

I called with an emergency situation and they had someone here in 30 minutes. They gave me a flat rate and never tried to charge more. The technician who helped me (Forest) worked quickly and was very respectful of COVID safety measures as well.

Update: got a call a week later saying theyd received the necessary equipment and would credit the 20$. Sounds good but it will be a few days before I can get there.They seemed great but it turns out they were BS-ing...after charging me 20$ to cut my car key, they said that model couldnt be programmed for my truck. They were supposed to get a model in house the next day, but 3 days later they still dont and Im getting the impression it was all hot air to justify charhing me the 20$. Disappointing! Ill update if things change.

An excellent and friendly service. I needed automotive key fob programming and the dealer wants twice as much and I needed to make an appointment. I called Masslock and they say come in any time and I came and 15 minutes later got it programmed, spare key cut, and my house key cut. And I save a ton of money and time and the customer service was outstanding.

A few weeks ago, i called masslock for help because i had accidentally locked myself out of a room in my house. the person that was sent (his name was rob/robert) harassed me the entire time he was at my house to service me for this lockout. it made me feel extremely uncomfortable that he was hitting on me the entire time he was supposed to be doing his job and it made me uneasy that he had (not sure if this is still true) access to my phone number, address, credit card information, and email. he had been inside my house. after he finished with my lock out and took my payment information, i noticed that he went back inside his masslock van and didnt leave for another 10-15 minutes or so. he started texting me right before he drove off and didnt stop until i blocked him the next morning. i went to masslocks only open location in person (right now that is the malden location) and told them about what had been happening to me. they initially denied it and said that they didnt know of any of their technicians by that name but after repeatedly describing in detail what robert had been doing, they said they would look into it but its been a few weeks now and i havent heard back from them at all. some creep like robert shouldnt be holding a LOCKSMITH job like this, where he knows how to & can easy break a lock and enter homes and continue to harass people.

Fee for a lockout service is $200, very disappointing how they take advantage with this ridiculous fees when someone has an emergency.
