The owner of this company went out of his way to donate masks to us for the frontline healthcare workers at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Medical ICU. During the early stages of the pandemic, the owner and his family hopped in their car and drove pretty far to drop the donated masks to us! He could have easily kept them to protect his family, but he made the selfless choice to donate to us, healthcare workers in crisis. That says a lot about his character, I would choose to support him for disposal services no matter what. Support a local small business, owned by an amazing man!

I had a bunch of debris that I needed to get rid of and the city wouldnt take(old fence, fence posts, etc). I called Tony and they sent a truck over right away. They took the stuff away and the price was great. I will definitely use them again. Fast and reliable.

The company was great the doors were easy to open the dumpster was very spacious so if you go over a ton its an extra about $130 for additional ton a very reasonable price.

Hidden fees, lack of communication, unclear terms and conditions, and aggressive communication = 1 star.Horrible experience. And now that I am seeing another review below- I am not surprised. We scheduled a dumpster rental to remove some floor boards and dirt from a basement. Scheduling delivery of the dumpster was easy (one star!). I reviewed the terms and conditions that were sent to me, and as a very organized person made sure we followed them correctly. Per the terms and conditions, we contacted ABH 24 hours in advance to pick up our dumpster. We did this on this day specifically before a big storm was coming as we knew that the dry dirt in our dumpster would increase by about 20% weight when wet.I called all throughout the day on Thursday (no answer), emailed and left a message to be sure we were on the schedule. We were prepared to remove some of the material if needed to avoid exceeding our weight capacity. Mind you, there was NOTHING in the terms and conditions about overage fees. ABH never answered the phone on Thursday. I finally received an email saying we were on the schedule. So my understanding was that since we were on the schedule we didn’t need to worry about removing debris before the rain.I even called again on Friday and requested that we be called prior to pick-up so I can make sure someone was present, ABH agreed. Never got a call and the dumpster wasn’t picked up on Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday. Finally on Monday it was picked up without a call.We were then charged and additional $300 for overage fees. These fees are in **no way outlined in the terms and conditions**. I made a friendly call asking about getting PART of the overage fees reduced since part of the increased weight was due to the rain, which wouldn’t have been an issue if ABH would have picked up the dumpster on time.Tony called me back and the rude, condescending lecture started. He said that even though I scheduled a pickup they could come anytime “2 days later, or 2 weeks later”. This was in no way communicated to me, nor was it in their terms and conditions. Not to mention there is no mention of overage charges in their terms and conditions.I wasn’t asking for a handout, I was asking for a fair adjustment. They didn’t pick up the dumpster when they were supposed to which led to increased weight, this additional weight should be on them. They also didn’t mentioned overage fees in their terms and conditions which is dishonest. So this is where they really lost major points.They also lose points for the unprofessional and extremely aggressive manner in which Tony communicated, not to mention they didn’t answer for the phone for an entire day. I am in no way an over-sensitive person (I teach middle school so I have very thick skin) and the way Tony talked down to me was honestly embarrassing, offensive and completely unprofessional. He could have easily apologized for the lack of clarity around what “scheduling pickup” actually means and been upfront about the hidden fees, and just recognized that his terms and conditions are unclear, but he was completely rude and aggressive, and offered no apology.Hidden fees, lack of communication, unclear terms and conditions, and aggressive communication = 1 star.
