Never going back again. I was surprised that it took me $25 just for cut and NO WASHING included and simply shaved my neck without shaving gel but only with water. The cut was just ok. Anyway, not worth the money.

After reading the reviews of this place I was really disappointed with my experience here. I walked in and got a cut from Cesar himself which I thought would be very good but unfortunately it wasnt. You would expect a walk in to get top-shelf treatment since the owner would want return business, but no, that wasnt the case.My whole cut was really, really rushed and I was there in the middle of the day, its not like they were closing anytime soon. He didnt even wet my hair with the spray bottle before hitting it with the scissors on top which no barber ever skips with me. I was left with cuts all over the back of my neck from the razor because he simply wet my skin with water instead of using a shave gel which would have prevented this. No barber has ever used only water with me instead of shave gel for this. He didnt try and make polite conversation. I was polite and tried to talk with him but he plowed through the cut so he could get my money and get me out of there.If thats how a cut from the owner is done, Ill pass on giving the other barbers there a chance. The fact that it was so rushed and simple steps were skipped just made me feel so undervalued as a customer and I wont be returning.Side note: This place doesnt take a card either, which is a downside for me. Its 2018 and I dont carry cash anymore.

Been going here for the past 3 years now. All of the guys do a pretty good job, Cesar definitely gives you the best cut. Theyre all friendly and mostly bi-lingual, and definitely take their time and value their clients. Also a great value; not too many places in Boston that you can get a cut for under $20.

If you looking for a fresh cut, then this is the place you should come to. workers are nice and friendly. I walk out of the barber shop feeling fresh ash.

I am a woman that gets an undershave haircut weekly at Cesars Shop. It isnt always easy for a young woman to walk into a barber shop and not be treated like an alien or looked at funny. But when I go to Cesars shop, all the barbers are kind, gentleman. My haircut and line up is always tip top perfect and the same EVERY week. Service is always fast and friendly.
