Always an experience going there. Got yelled at by the forklift driver after being told by office staff I could go in the yard. Need a little more tact in dealing with situations. Need some employee training all the way around. Feel free to call me Kevin and I can give you some advise.

I purchased a vehicle 2007 Cadillac Escalade on September 29 2020 from the pictures It had a light front end damage when I went to pick it up with the tow truck turns out the truck had frame damage I told him that that was not on description on the Internet Copart website they argued the frame damage was part of the front end damage from my knowledge in from hundreds of cars we have purchased they put that on the description if it’s just front end damage or if it has frame damage they argued and argued that frame damage is part of front end damage so beware when you buy a car from these thieves The regional manager at Copart came out and Inspected it and said and argued that it was part of the front end damage because the insurance said it had only front end damage beware they don’t say what it really has when you’re purchasing a car make sure you go and look at it because they lie on the description when they’re selling a vehicle very bad customer service definitely don’t recommend to buy a car here anymore they’re not honest like they used to be!!!!!! And if the managers reading this you know who I am when you got in my face and try to shut me up a couple times and argued and argued with me about it how can even Copart allow employees they’re not certified to talk to their customers like this I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible!!!!

Be prepared with covered shoes and a good cell phone for QR code interaction for human help. Once you get through the weird check-in you can talk to a human to handle what you need. I would recommend calling ahead for a appointment if you are wanting to buy a car. The people were kind, but mostly ignore you until you sign in with the QR code.

I don’t see why there’s so many 1 stars of this place. It’s posted many different places that the cars are sold “as is”. Service was pretty good when I went in to pick up my vehicle.Just a heads up to anybody that wants a car that is guaranteed to not have any issues, and to know everything about it, this place isn’t for you.The vehicle I bought has some issues, but I expected that since it’s an auction, and I read many places that the cars are sold as is.Overall, I’d give it a 8/10 experience.

First of all, I have been doing business with this arrogant company for over twenty years..... it has become increasingly difficult, mainly because of the entitled arrogance, inept employees and STUPID “Policies”....it is truly a misery to attempt business with this company. I have progressively avoided copart in general because it is pure “agony” to deal with this hypocritical assume company; they hold their customers to struck limits, yet think nothing of taking over a month to pay for vehicles sold, astronomical fees, dismal customer service ..... and the list goes on..... truly a despicable experience. It is hardly worth the heartburn to do business with them.

The people at this location are awesome. Customer service from the people here has improved drastically in the past 5 years. Ive run into awesome customer service at several other locations as well. However, policies coming down from corporate are the most greedy and the most unreasonable in the wholesale automotive industry. Weve had rotten treatment at Denver, Colorado Springs, and Los Angeles. Las Vegas was great, San Diego, San Jose, were great. Others have been ok.

I purchased a “run and drive” 4Runner from this lot today. Upon delivery, my mechanic noted it had a thrown rod and large hole in the block. This sort of issue should have been clear enough for them to note on the auction as mechanical issues. It needs an entire engine replacement which makes this purchase grossly overpriced. They want to put blame on me because they offer no guarantee, and they allow people to inspect before bidding. “Run and drive” should meet at least basic mechanical requirements of running and driving, not starting and spewing oil everywhere with a clanking rod in the cylinder. This sort of service is not worth the fee they charge, total rip off.

I am writing this review while here at Copart. I have been here for over 2 hours waiting for them to load my car. When I ask customer service why it’s taking so long or tell them that I’ve been here for hours, they tell me they are short staffed and there is nothing they can do. What good does it do to make an apt when they make you wait for hours? How can you guys run your business like this? I have lost almost half a days work because of Copart. I have been coming here for years and it is now worse than it’s ever been. As a transporter this is the place I dread most.

The yard is terrible. The worst of all Copart locations. As a buyer you will receive no service. More to that you will have to pay a lot of storage as your transporter will be pushed back with the appointments for pick up a car. General manager of the yard is not looking into any situations concernes or any feedback customers bring. As a buyer you are always wrong and have to pay for everything Copart makes you pay, even for its mistakes or bad service. Nobody cares.

The way this place treats their customers is appalling. Not only did I wait for an hour and a half, the staff was awful, rude and unapologetic for their mistakes. If this was the first time I would let it go. However, this is literally every time. Talking to management is beyond frustrating because they also don’t care. The news needs to do a story about this place.

I made the mistake going to this Junk-Part!I bought 2 run and drive cars, I ended up getting junks one had a hole in the engine block and other had freezes engine.So please, if you made the mistake of purchasing cars from this Copart especially the ones says run and drive, please take pictures from the auction screen so could at least have some sort of prove for your claim. I am sure they will sell junk.🛑🛑🛑 Stop waiting ur time & Money 🛑🛑🛑

They damaged my fender while in their possession after a wreck then tried to deny it. They also took a part that was in the cab of my truck and some parts that were in the wheel well. I have had to file another claim with my insurance company so it will be resolved but I am not a fan of this company at all.

So disapointed at this location spend 3 days to load up 7 cars people work so slow yard to small for the task have to pay hota3 2 days food 3 days storage for 30 dlls a day for 7 cars so mad i talk to yard manager and regional manager they wont eaven wave storage fee im a transporter haulling cars to calexico california dont buy cars in this yard or haull from this yard

Customer service hung up on me. I called back and they drop the call. After about 5 call backs, they left me on hold for several hours before dropping the call.Edit: When finally scheduled, they did not show up at the scheduled time.

I don’t know how this company stays open! My gf was supposed to get her bike back On 9/6/21. Never shows. Then on 9/8/21 we called they said it would be dropped off. Long story short we’ve called everyday it’s now 9/10/21 and nothing after they told us it would be here today! It’s a shame when you pay for something you own back and they can’t even tell you were it is or anything!!!! Never again will I do service with copart!!!!!

If you buy a car the loader driver will probably damage it... or parts will be missing from what is shown on the pictures.. its entirely possible to wait in the lobby for an hour before being helped...

Ohhh Dave Mr. Dave poor guy has no knowledge of how to run this auction, always hiding behind read coparts agreement, copart is never at fault we get that its us buyers issue why do we buy from Copart maybe we should encourage insurance companies to send cars elsewhere, Mr. Dave go work as a transporter and see how they get treated @ copart.. They have the attitude that buyers do not matter, we pay storage because they do not have a good loading/pickup system, this issue is all over the nation not just here in magna, the David manager has no clue on how to run this place, they sell 2000 cars but can load 200 per day. they give you 3 days to pick up, tow trucks dont want to go pick up because they sit for 2 hours at least waiting on 1 car. Solution 1-Replace the manager. 2- Make the access/pickup area easy to get in/out of. 9- Hire 2 more forklift drivers. 4-Keep loaders till 7 not 4:30. 5- Give 5 Business bays or 7 for pick up not 3 it takes 3 days to find a transporter and then takes 1 or 2 to pick up unless they use your app that is fully booked. Be more respectful to buyer and transporters, change the mentality that you blame the buyers and charge them for your mistakes (loosing keys, missing CATs, etc) step up to your business and stop pushing everything onto buyers.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!! Got the call Monday saying they are going have a driver contact me about dropping off my bike. No one ever contacted me called back Tuesday about it said the same thing called back wensday said it was on the truck at 4 still no call from the driver it is now 7 p.m on wensday and still nothing mind you I have bought this bike back I have title in had waiting for my property. Dont ever use this company I have contact the president of the company to let them know what is going on will be asking for all recorded calls to move forward with anything I need to.

Never willing to help we had a long drive down to pickup just a motorcycle and they made us wait a day and a half to be able to pick up our bike that they don’t even bring out to us. We had to go in and get it. We had to get a hotel and they made us pay the storage fee even though it was because of them why we couldn’t pick it up.

The worst run copart that Ive been to in 21 yrs hauling cars. No room in pickup yard for stingers. Was never told an appointment required to pickup loads even though we called twice to confirm cars were ready for pickup. Many other drivers were also upset and management and employees seemed hostile with an in general F U attitude. Gave the loads back to the brokers and will never ever ever go there again!!! Wish you luck if you do...remember call ahead for appointment!

I had a terrible experience today at both Salt Lake locations. The communication is unbelievably poor and agents seemed unwilling to help. Be aware that payments cannot be made at N. SL anymore, even if that’s where your vehicle is. Agents could have actually been helpful but don’t even try! If the deals weren’t good, I would never use Copart!

This is the worst Copart in the US. Seriously don’t know how corporate isn’t doing anything. It was bad a few years ago but now is the worst it’s ever been. And it’s not just me. You stand there and listen to person after person complain and they just don’t care.
