Maplewood Tree Care is literally a God send! At least they were sent in to clean up a couple of trees that God decided to drop on my and my neighbors back yards!As luck would have it, the crew was already scheduled to remove a LARGE Crab apple tree from my front yard, in a raised bed, surrounded by growing and blooming flowers, OUCH! We had planned on dropping the Crab apple this Winter when the ground was frozen but they ended up swamped with so many emergency calls that it always got pushed back.I had expected they would do a good job with the damaged trees in my back yard but the job they did on the Crab apple amazed me, and literally brought tears to my wifes eyes.We had both wanted that Crab apple tree out of our yard since we bought the place but it never got done, primarily out of concern for the flowers around it, hence waiting for Winter. That didnt happen though and the time to do it seemed to be forced on all of us anyway so, no thing to do but to do it and let the flowers fall where they may.Back in the day, I could split toothpicks with a double-bitted axe with ease but looking at pictures taken after the Crab apple treed was removed, Ive never seen anyone thread a 3 foot diameter tree trunk through a dense pack of Iris and Hasta leaves, stems and flowers.From the house and the sidewalk, you cant even tell there was a tree there to being with nor that it had just been removed. Looking dead-on in the path of where it went down, sure, one can see it but a week from now, you wont notice a thing.The first image is looking toward the road from the house across the raised flower bed in the middle of which, on the left side of the image, was the Crab apple tree. The bent Iris stems were bent before they dropped it, but no others. The second image is looking toward the house from the sidewalk and all you can see is healthy non-crushed flowers.Color me amazed!

I booked Maplewood Tree Care on February 18 2021 to trim a Japanese Maple tree in our front yard. I checked in via phone in June and was told I was number two on their list for the week. The service was never performed. I checked in via email on July 22 and was told that I was number four for the week. I checked in again at the beginning of August and was told that I was on their list and they would get to me as soon as possible. They never reached out to me proactively with an update on when the service would be performed or why they hadn’t been able to make it for six months. I’ve tried to be patient with the business, but finally had to cancel my service request and will have the services performed by an alternate tree service.

An Awesome Experience!!I could not be more happy with the service we got from Maplewood Tree Care. Not only were the most reasonable estimate we received, but Jeremy, the owner, was the one who came out to do the estimate, and he gave us the best vibe of any of the companies we had spoken with.When the day for the work finally came, I feel like they went above and beyond. They did an absolutely excellent job on our trees and left our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived.We will definitely be contacting them for all of our future tree care needs.

We had a storm take a small tree down onto our neighbors roof. They came immediately, the crew was fantastic/professional, took care around our plantings & smaller trees while removing and protected our lawn with the heavy equipment. They were fantastic.

Jeremy and his crew were awesome. I hired them to give birch tree in my yard a haircut as the branches and leaves hung down so low as to hit me when mowing the lawn. What I expected and what they did were two different things......his crew pruned the entire tree (not just the low hanging branches) and my tree looks brand new! Im so happy!!They climbed up to the very top and cleared dead branches and strategically pruned it.....I figured it would be a quick job, but they took such great care that they were there for nearly 4 hours!! I am so very pleased with how my tree turned out that I thought you should know. Jeremy was easy to work with and his crew was friendly and diligent. Would definitely use them again for my next tree project.

Never left a google review before, but was completely satisfied and impressed with Maplewood Tree Care. I can’t say enough about Jeremy and his crew. They trimmed some challenging limbs from over a fence for my family without issue at a reasonable rate. I would recommend to ALL any friends and family!

Jeremys awesome personality sold me on Maplewood. They took our 300 year old oak tree down this weekend. Watching them work and how at the end of the day you couldnt even tell that there was a tree down was amazing. I highly recommend them both on price and service, these guys rock!!!

The owners and workers did a great job to service our needs. We had 4 trees trimmed. They removed limbs too close to the house, removed dead limbs and cleaned up the entire area before they left. I would recommend them if you are looking for a company that listens to your needs, provides an accurate estimate and follows through with their commitment .The cost was reasonable, the service was excellent.

Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job removing a large Silver Maple in between three houses. They were reasonably priced (almost half the price of their competitor.). They communicated well and completed the job timely. They did a great job cleaning up after. Jeremy also picked out some nice pieces to make a farm table. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were referred to us. Great job!!!

I cant speak enough good things about Maple Tree Care! They are super nice, fun people to work with. Jeremy is a very nice guy and has the best team! He provided great recommendations for my tree work and was super easy to work with. They also are the most reasonably priced arborist I could find in Madison. Highly recommend!

The team that came to remove the tree was very professional, courteous, and aside from the tree being gone, youd never know that they had been there. They took great care in removing all remnants of the tree so nothing was left behind. I recommend them highly for any tree work!

We are very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of Maplewood Tree Care service. Jeremy and Tom came to our home to assess the work and provide an estimate cost. We had two mature ash trees to be removed and additional small jobs. Jeremy returned with the crew to complete the work. The office maintained contact with us prior to and during the service. The team completed the job very well, cleaned up very well and were attentive to our particular interests. We paid the estimated cost. We would recommend Maplewood Tree Care service to our friends.

We are very happy with this service. We had a very large dual trunk black locust tree close to our house and decided to have it removed due to the possibility of it part of it someday falling on the house. We had the entire tree taken down, and the stump grinding, removal of grindings, and then the area filled in with dirt and new grass seeding. The team worked efficiently and carefully, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend using this company for any tree care needs.

Jeremy and his crew were absolutely amazing! They were beyond knowledgeable and professional. We had an extremely large stump removed (6-7 feet wide) and they tackled the large job efficiently. At the end, our yard was completely level with grass seed planted and we had discussed other trees in the yard. I would highly recommend Maplewood Tree Care to anyone needing a tree removed to someone needing expert advice from an arborist.

I have used this business for a number of years now and they are awesome. They are knowledgeable, timely, reasonable and do a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves. Today they pruned my Maple and shaped up my Sweetbay Magnolia. I highly recommend!

Amazing service, quality of work, and fairly priced!! I had a large tree branch fall on our car during a windstorm. I live downtown Madison so I wanted to get the rest of the tree cut down quick to make sure to eliminate further damage to the surroundings since everything is tucked in close together. Maplewood Tree Care was quick to get back to me, get me a quote, and get me on the schedule. I got several quotes and they were very fair. In addition it was easy to tell they were highly skilled professionals because they warned me about grinding a stump adjacent to the driveway and flagged me to possible damage. They did the work quick and everything looks amazing.Cant recommend them enough, definitely worth a call on your project.

Meticulous. They had to take down our tree while we were out of town due to scheduling with the electric company. When we returned we expected to have to clean up, but they had left not even a single twig or leaf on the lawn. I had asked them to leave the big wood and i would buck it myself. Instead they bucked everything and left it neatly piled. On top of all of this awesome service, they were also the most reasonably priced of 3 estimates i had gotten. I highly recommend them.
