Was surprised how large and accommodating this place was! Did a great job on my nails and my 3 year old got a pedi too!

I have been here twice in the last two months and each time has been amazing. Once for a pedicure and the other for a full set.✨I have a nail tech that I see on a regular basis but I had to cancel my appt with her at the last minute due to a scheduling conflict✨I called this place & they were able to get me in right away. The owner did my nails and he did NOT disappoint. He took his time & he did an amazing job.I highly recommend this shop!!

Not only is the quality on point at this salon buy the customer service is as well! Theres no hustle and bustle of customers in and out and a lot of people while youre there. It feels like a true spa experience. They have gained a permanent customer. Be sure to call and make an appointment before you go!

My first time here. I enjoyed the staff. They were very nice and professional. At first it was too quiet but eventually we all were able to break the ice and have such great conversations. I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them. Tom was a joy to talk to. He made me laugh. Love his sense of humor. Channel is amazing and sweet. I told her that I was very ticklish and she was gentle with me. Thank you Channel! Miley is very talented. She gave what I wanted. It came out better than I expected it. Hats off to everyone there! I look forward to seeing them again if ever I return to Huntsville for my husband’s business travel and I have a vacation.

The service they provided was good but it was ruined by them talking about their customers. They speak their native language thinking people dont understand them. If you have something to to say about your customer or anyone say it to their face or dont say anything at all. Very rude and disrespectful. I will never be going back there and I recommend people dont go there.

Went to get a fill in and apparently someone who was inexperienced did my nails and they came out terrible. Only went to this Salon because of the beautiful pictures in the reviews.. I guess I got the short in of the stick and sat in the wrong chair.

Tom did an amazing job and I had great customer service. My full set and pedicure were outstanding and I will be going back. Highly recommend check his Instagram for styles he offers and my Instagram @emontymia to see what styles he does next on my nails. He doesn’t disappoint.

First impression: Tom is very friendly and asks questions to make sure your nails are done right. He did a great job with my manicure and made me feel very comfortable at his salon. I will be back for mani/pedi soon!

Hands down best service I’ve received in the entire Madison area. Nothing is worse than a thick bulky set of nails. Diana was very thorough, and did exactly as I asked. More than impressed with her ability to follow instructions. Expectations exceeded and super affordable ! Will definitely be back.

Came up from GA to visit friends, found A-L Nails and decided to give them a chance since they had great reviews. And now I know why. They did an amazing job on my nails and toes. This mommy needed a relaxing break from her crazy life and I felt peaceful here and enjoyed every moment of it. I get the SNS for my nails and it lasts a lot longer and is healthier for your nails. The owners were amazing and I would definitely go again when I visit my friends again.

She did an absolutely amazing job on mynails today, i got a full set of acrylic nails and have never had someone do them so perfectly, she took her time and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. My sister had her husband and he was very patient even thought her tips kept coming off and fixed them every time. My nails weren’t chunky or too thick at all like all the other places i’ve gone to. The inside was very clean (and went above and beyond the recommended guidelines for covid) and the service was extremely professional, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, this is by far the best nail salon i’ve gone to in the Madison/Huntsville area and they’ve definitely gained a new customer!

Unfortunately Tom and Dianna are no longer at this shop.....but great news....I found them at Tip Top Nails in Madison!!! I am happy again and will go to Tip Top Nails from now on!!!!!’

Great pedicure.. Sub par white tips job as you can see it is very milky instead of clear you can barely see my nail bed and the shaping is less than pristine. Go for pedicure.. But of you lile a crisp looking professional nail look go somewhere else.

I love it here! Is was my first time going to a nail salon here in the sates because i am a very picky person. I searched and searched for one that met my expectations and i found this one. They are beyond sweet, friendly and patient! I feel so calm and happy every time i go in because everything is so amazingly clean and organized and their work is beautiful! I am super satisfied.

I love this salon. Great prices and wonderful work. I use the female owner and I am always happy with my results. Have not used the male, her husband yet. I always get gel, so no experience with acrylic there, but they take wonderful care of my natural nails unlike some salons that file natural nails too much. I drive out of my way to come here now.

Apparently this place has no manager. I just called up there to speak to a manager to ask if I could have my nails redone, and he told me he didnt know when a manager would be in and then hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked why he hung up on me without answering any of my questions and his response was im not a manager, I cant answer your questions and hung up on me again. Not only is the work trash but the customer service is terrible. Do not give this place your money.

The service its self was ok.. I got an acrylic fill in and cut down .. should have been 18$. Intook my own color with me because it smy favorite. Per their price board 15 for fill and 3 for cutdown.. My total came to 33$ they said it was because I used gel color.. I told the manager I used my own color. He stated because I used their light that I was still going to be charged the extra as if I used their polish.. I can understand maybe a 5$ charge but I will not pay 15$ for light... I will never go back again.

I did not receive a friendly welcome. Although I understand they have different levels of services, it’s unacceptable for your feet not to be scrubbed with the basic pedicure. I was disappointed as that was not clearly stated in the menu selection -which is misleading.

They did an alright job on manicure. Pedicure Is better than mine and my sisters manicure. They were polite at first but later the guy started to be rude. I could just tell because of his face expressions and he talked to me like I was dumb and couldnt afford to pay.

I wouldnt go there again. Paid for the gel (shellac) that was overpriced and did not last; it was chipping within 3 days. Went back to get it fixed and only offered a 30% discount. There are better nail salons in Madison, Alabama with more reasonable prices and better quality.

Dont let them touch your eyebrows if they dont mess it up the first time they will the second time. You wont be able to tell when your there because her mirror is so dirty, but when you get home your eyebrows are uneven. While I was there I brought my bf here to get his toe nails done cause he had lint stuck in his toe nails, but they didnt even get that out. I definitely wont ever come back.

Diana is the best, she usually does my nails but Tom is just as good. Love the service, price and people!

Do not visit this salon unless you want gel or powder nails. They will snub you otherwise! My sister came to this salon since my mom has come here a couple of times for Powder nails. She wanted a regular mani pedi and was on a strict budget. Yet the man doing her nails kept asking her why cant you do gel? and saying we dont have people come here for regular manicures anymore. She had to tell him repeatedly she couldnt do that for cost (she was getting nails done for a wedding this weekend). And then when it was done, as my sister reached into her wallet to pay the man, one of her nails got messed up. And all the guy said was Well thats why we tell you to get gel nails! No offer to fix it, nothing. Just a snub. I can tell you the technicians at Venus nails one block over would never treat her this way and they would have fixed that nail. I personally dont like gel, not because of cost but because it tore up my nails the one time I tried it. I can say I will never be visiting this salon on future visits to Madison. And my mother will be going back to Venus for her Powder manicures.

I will NEVER step a foot back in this nail salon!!! They charged me $42.00 for gel nails... they are a bunch of crooks... Ive heard about them treating people differently based on appearance and to experience it for myself was an eye opener... NEVER will I go back again!!
