Such an amazing box. It is always clean. The workouts are well programmed and challenging. I have been visiting during a business trip and have absolutely loved the classes at Coyote Crossfit. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The athletes are all so friendly and kind. I will definitely be back every time Im in town!

This gym impressed me the few times Ive visited with friends of mine who are members at Coyote. With Coyote routinely representing the state of Miss in regional Cross-fit tournaments, you can expect to be surrounded by those serious about working out when visiting this gym.

Welcoming atmosphere with outstanding trainers and facilities. Programming is geared toward providing an appropriate workout whether you are a beginner or a competitor. I was amazed at how clean the floors and bathrooms are.

I have been to many boxes throughout my Crossfit career and the coaching staff here is unmatched. They take the time to teach Crossfit and train you in a way to avoid injuries. I have been doing CF for almost 10 years and with the help of the coaches at Coyote I have been healthy the whole time. I would recommend anyone to join and let the coaching staff guide you in becoming the best you can be in your fitness journey.

All of the instructors are pleasant & ensure, as much as possible, that nobody gets injured while doing a workout. They are extremely knowledgeable concerning all exercises & keep a very keen eye on form. The facility Is pristine, & the members are all friendly & encouraging.
