The service and care here is outstanding! Liz made my first experience here comfortable and relaxing. I was so nervous to do something like this but she kept me calm and relaxed the entire time. Even before my appointment she was upfront about what I should expect and what she needed from me. I went to Kristi Schrafnagel here for about a year. She was amazing. The only electrologist I could find that would schedule out for 2+ hours. Her machine was gentle, and she knew how to keep the conversation going for the full time. Before we both knew it, the time had passed. Highly recommend her!

Ive been a customer for at least 4 years periodically and totally disagree with the negative reviews. Anyone serious about eliminating unwanted hair would benefit from the skill and expertise of Liz. I have never found her to be rude or anything other than compassionate and caring.

I went here to have some unwanted hair removed and I tried both the Laser and Electrolysis method. Teri is very kind but I cannot say the same for her parter, Liz. Liz was rude and short with me. She seemed annoyed that the Electrolysis hurt me. I like Teri but not enough to risk getting another appointment with Liz and quite frankly Id rather not go there when only one person is nice.

Liz is the best. Laser is not painless, but it sure works!
