We had our house cleaned for the first time by Green Ladies yesterday, and I can say after having used several other cleaning services that they are the BEST in Madison! Couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work or the value for the price!

I get my (small) house cleaned once a month for about $100. Its completely and totally worth it: some of the best money I spend. They do a beautiful job every time, from the mopping and vacuuming to even organizing stuff Ive left sitting on the kitchen table. Its wonderful.

Green Ladies has been a great service for us. My 90 year old mother lives with us, and her Alzheimers -- plus a friendly but protective dog -- can make it hard to clean the house without seriously disturbing her. A single cleaner, as opposed to a team of cleaners, is really the way to go for us. The Green Ladies cleaners have been kind and considerate to my mother, good at making friends with her dog, and flexible in how they go about cleaning depending on where Mom is in the house and what shes doing. An absolute win.

I manage a few rental properties in Wisconsin and this was my first time hiring a cleaning service, and I was so very satisfied! I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products as well! After they got done cleaning, the rental property looked immaculate and smelled amazing! They are very easy to contact and book- and offer every option you would want (one time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). I hired them for a one time cleaning and will be rehiring for bi-weekly or on as as-needed basis when rental volume is high. Its nice to feel confident in the cleaning service when youre not able to check in after each renters stay.

I used Green Lady Cleaning when I was moving myself out of my apartment. In general, I dont mind cleaning and keeping the house up so to speak, but that move out cleaning is terrible! I just hate all the little detail work, and this time I decided I would treat myself to getting it done professionally. I chose Green Lady Cleaning because they were able to work with my schedule, and I was in a hurry. I am very glad I made the choice I did.I got an initial quote from them which was reasonable and which they stuck to. Mary K, the woman who cleaned my house arrived on time, and did a great job. She was very thorough. She wiped down both sides of the blinds and made sure to get annoying spots like the tops of the ceiling fans. She also did a comprehensive cleaning of all the baseboards. She was meticulous when it came to cleaning air vents and I was especially impressed with the job she did on the kitchen. Everything was cleaned: tops of cabinets, inside of stove and fridge, counters, under the sink. She left the bathroom shining; I could literally see my reflection on the facet. I also appreciated whatever cleaners she used. The smell was refreshing but subtle and didnt give me a headache like a lot of cleaners do.In the end I have to say that the apartment was cleaner when I moved out then when I moved in. If I wasnt moving out of state I would definitely use this company again. If youre considering giving them a try, treat yourself and go for it!

I had a 8am appointment today which was scheduled through Linda. I explained that I was taking time off work to be here at 8am to meet the cleaning person. Its 8:25am and I received no phone call and the cleaning person never showed up. I called Linda and she did not offer anything to make this right. She just said that she has no control over the cleaning people and that we can just reschedule. Linda was not apologetic. This is not how you treat customers.

Love it!!!! They worked with my schedule and were so friendly. I wanted to make sure their cleaning products were eco friendly. Place looked and smelled great!!!

I moved to the Dane County area roughly 3 years ago. And I had been looking and looking for a cleaning company to come to my home. Due to working long hours I am not always able to keep up. I wanted a company who used products that would not only be safe around my children but my pets as well. I decided to give GLC a try, and I must say I will NEVER go elsewhere! They did/do such an amazing job! Amazing service, Amazing people! I love them! I would definitely recommend GLC to everyone! Thanks you guys are amazing! Ive used other cleaning services in the past, but was never quite satisfied. Hate the fact that Id walk in and my home would smell like chemicals. What had me sold on the Green Ladies Cleaning is the fact that they use Ecofriendly products. After using them a few times, I am completely satisfied. They follow directions well, and instead of smelling chemicals for hours, I smell a clean house. So happy I stumbled across this service; I will use them for life.

How they can consider themselves a cleaning service is beyond me. The cleaner showed up an hour late and communication was terrible. All she did was complain about working for Green Ladies. She assured me she would do a great job cleaning ... WRONG! We hired her before our baby shower and I ended up having to reclean the whole house before the party because it was done so poorly. The worst part is, I was quoted for 4 hours and she took 6... yes 6 hours for a house that had been cleaned a week prior. 6 hours to not wipe down the appliances, leave cat hair on our floor, not clean the fans, not wipe down light switches, etc. When I sent a complain email I got a call back from Linda who wanted to play the he said, she said game. Terrible customer service, bad resolution, totally unhappy customer!
