This one actually did a nice job getting the bugs off my truck without damaging my paint. Ill be back.

Ive lived in seven states and this has to be the best Ive ever used! We were traveling and the car had 1,625 miles of bugs and grime on it. !!They had a place with brushes and soapy water to clean the bugs off the front before washing the car!! Then after the car was beautifully cleaned, there were FREE vacuums to use!! Dont remember how much I paid but it was worth it. Shame well never be back there but you locals had to try this place.

Very nice wash. I liked the bucket of bug wash for people to use before even entering the wash. Very cool for them to do that.

Paid 18 and my car is filthy they gave me a second wash on the house and still filthy no refund either. if u work hard for ur money like me don’t go here

Being a penny pincher, I usually just get the basic wash. Im always satisfied, except for how the wheels cleanup, but thats most likely my fault for being a cheapskate. It beats the hell out of Kwicky Trip any way. Plus a free vac! Beat that will yah!

Great car wash. Monthly subscriber for over 5 years. Automated/Fast pass is unfortunately slow since name change. After recognizing pass, system locks up for a minute or so before responding even when no other customers are present

They have setup stations for you to scrub the bugs off before the official car wash! My vehicle came out SO much cleaner than if I had just run it through the car wash without scrubbing first. There are many big garbage cans with some cleaner and water and a long handled scrub brush in each one setup for use before you enter the wash.I also love being able to spend as much time as is needed at the vacuums as well. I get pretty meticulous and would probably run out of time if they were setup on timers. I love that the vacuums are currently just part of the wash price. I hope they dont change that down the road.

The car wash was great, but a little expensive

I will drive out of my way to come to this car wash. I love the grill washer. Best deal. On my way back from Utah and my car is covered in billions of bugs. Cant wait to come back.

Conveniently located near my home but rather expensive

$5 wash is the best deal in town.really like the bug removal station you stop at before paying. You can basically get your whole car soaped up and all the nasty gunk loosed before heading in to the wash. I feel like the $10 one isnt any different than the $5 one so sometimes I opt to just do the $5 one twice, lol either way car comes out pretty dang clean!

Doesn’t dry the car well, and it advertises a $5 wash that basically does absolutely nothing, it just says that they “rinse” it. Then the washes are $10+ and they offer a tire cleaning for $3 extra, and this was the result 😂. It’s nice that they have vacuums, but if you get a car wash, what is the point if the dryers leave water streaks and the tires and wheels you payed extra for, don’t actually get cleaned?

I love this car wash. $5 which includes the best basic wash in town and then you get to use the vaccuum after. It may take a little extra time doing it yourself but I always feel like its exactly how I want it when Im done.

The servicing technician was very rude and unprofessional when I asked him a question regarding the acceptance of change. Then I told him the item that I paid for was stuck in the vending machine and he didn’t say anything he just said “be right back” as my girlfriend and I are fed up for waiting for him, (more than 10 mins) I then go and knock on the office window to see if he forgot about me and I see him looking at the cameras. This was over $3 I will never come here to get my car washed again. This individual had very poor communication skills. Please do better.

I signed up for the unlimited service and could not be more pleased. Friendly staff, well kept establishment, excellent service! The manager, Tyrone (I hope I got that right) took the time to engage me as a valued customer and explained the process. Great staff, facility and value.

Nothing drastic has changed since it changed owners, price went up a small percentage BUT it still beats other car wash business in Madison.

Plus the way I look at it if we used the wash not even 4x in a month the package pays for itself! I dont regret it either! Our cars look absolutely amazing after every wash!! Plus after every wash you get unlimited use of vaccums! They are terrific! You wont be disappointed! On the off chance you are theyll make it right! I cant wait to try it after a snow storm and some salt buildup! :--)))

Besides the great wash itself, now they have barrels prior to going on with brushes to clean the bugs off before you get your vehicle washed.

Went here after long trip. Arrived with front end of car covered in bug corpses as well as windshield, mirrors and sides. Guy working used a piddly weak hose, no brush, and came out other side with most of the bugs still stuck to my car. Really?!?! For $10 Id expect a much better job. Paid $6 in Tucson and they managed to clean my car and gave out free drying cloths to each customer plus free vacuum. Very poor service.

Great place to go fast and easy

I come here very often and really, its great! The only issue I have is at the beginning of the wash, when a person applies the concentrated cleaner, they only get some of the front bumper, the left side, and some of the rear bumper, not the right side at all. And depending on who is applying it, they either really make sure theyre doing a great job doing so, or hardly at all. Other than that, its a great place to go!

Signed up for the unlimited lava wash and haven’t regretted it since. Well worth the money. It’s a little out of the way but still worth it. $20 a month to protect your investment seems like a no brainer.

Good place to get your car wash

This is the best car wash around. Its a touch wash but they use microfiber sponges so it does not scratch the paint. I have seen them improve the car wash multiple times making it better and better each time. Also you get unlimited vacuuming after a wash. I would highly recommend this car wash.

I really like this car wash. It is convenient, has free vacuums, and does a good job. My only problem is I cannot get an under body flush without getting the paint treatment. The paint treatment leaves my windows slimy!

Good place to go for a quick car wash. Just one issue they really should look into improving.The car wash drive in landing belt really needs to be widen.. as it gets annoying to have to be Guided in by an employee hand to judge off if the front left tire in completely lined up with the car placement belt.This is the only thing I dislike between this car wash.. and Kwik Trip updated car wash in Sun Prairie.. that also uses an automation car placement tunnel car wash system as well

The best car wash in the area by far! I took my car, which was covered in bird droppings, for a wash there today and after the first wash there was still a lot of droppings on my car. However, the manager was quick to offer me a rewash and personally pressure sprayed my car before the second wash. After, he also helped me shammy the car dry! I’ve never received such great service ANYWHERE! Would highly recommend this car wash.

For a quick drive thru wash after the snow I guess $18.oo well spent. Water spots was left on side mirrors even after the blow dry. There is a self service free vacuum. But, nothing compares to a hand car wash, Period. No matter how its glossed up.. lava foam, etc.. the brushes in the car washes does not clean well, especially noticeable on my white car. The attendant that guides you on the wheels was friendly with a great attitude.

Very fair price on a quick and convenient car wash right in the neighborhood where a LOT of people live who must drive cars due to little or no practical bus service. A decent variety of options are offered, and there is a bank of self-service high-power vacuums outside after your car has been washed. Credit cards accepted, payment is automated by machines just before pulling up to the wash. Customers remain INSIDE their vehicle as it passes through the wash.

Good car wash. Vacuum all you want after a wash.I had a billing mistake with my monthly plan and Tyson (i think thats how its spelled), the manager tracked down the problem and solved it. He issued a full refund for the mistake without making me do anything. Very professionally done.

Straight forward and easy to use. Vacuum stations are great and spacious. Facilities are clean and well designed. Great value too.It is not a touch free wash and it’s the type that has the wheel railing/track so if you have nice wheels you should probably reconsider.NOTE TO LOWERED VEHICLESThe entrance to the car wash is haggard and super steep so if you have a lowered car, you will be scraping. You can see the evidence of plenty of cars that didn’t fair well against the ramp entrance.

I just wish they would consider opening a location on the west side because the automatic car washes at gas stations dont get your car as clean and shiny as this car wash. Car wash actually brushes the soap on the car rather than just spray on/wash off.

Very nice carwash! We were passing through town stopped by randomly. The attendant noticed my kiddos in the back seat and gave them suckers too, it’s the little things.

Easy to use, didn’t really get the job done as well as I had hoped

Easy to use and seems to be a bit more thorough than a regular automatic car wash. The car moves through stages while you stay in it. Best part is free vacuums that are really powerful and have long hoses so theyre easy to use- and the time is unlimited. Price is comparable to gas station car washes, but there are unlimited passes available. My sister, who recommended this place to me has one and loves it!

Purchased the premium lava wash for $18.99. The wash was so busy, and cars were moving through so quickly that the wash wasnt even able to remove the bird droppings on my vehicles windshield from less than 24 hours ago.Wouldnt recommend.

I’ve been using this car wash for my vehicles for a couple of years now and I’ve always gotten great service here. I’ve been to the other full service washes in Madison and this is just as good for less money! Is there occasionally water running down the back or sides of my car? Yes, so what I do is wipe it off my my towel! The majority of the negative comments made here are from people that you could never please no matter what you do for them! Try this place out, it’s great!!

Attendant needs to be more proactive for the membership people. I have the highest and he still barely put any pre soak on the front and pretty much missing the entire back. You could tell he just didnt want to be there.

This place is great prices can’t be beat for as low as five dollars per wash free vacuum cleaners you can really detail your car inside n out for only $5 I haven’t had a chance to use any other service there but will definitely be back

I love the unlimited vacuum and the monthly all you can wash pass! I drive for work and love coming out to a perfectly clean car. Ive never had a long wait at this wash unlike a lot of the PDQ carwashes around here. Even if there are cars in line ahead of you it moves along unbelievably fast.

The car wash itself cleans nicely. If you bring your pup, theres a good chance they will get a treat. The pre-scrub is nice.It could have been better if they had both banks of vacuums opened up. Almost all the vacuums that were on were being used and it got a little cramped. I didnt see any sign as to them being off so I pulled up to one that was unknowingly out of commission.

Fair prices to get your car very clean. Free vacuum for customers, this it worth it. Soft wash. Attendant on duty.

Great experience. We have tried several other automatic car washes in the area and feel this is by far the best. The pre-soak by an attendant, brush washing on top and sides, lots of blowers to dry, and free vacuums if you get the wash. The only way to get it cleaner would be to do it by hand. Two downsides: one they are not open at night so have to get it washed during the day, second, the drier does not always dry it all the way..we carry a small chamois in the car to dry the areas not done as well as we would like by the dryer (usually side mirrors and back hatch). But for the money and quality this is the place we take both of our vehicles!!

Best car wash is a great deal. Washed my car and the same day there was a storm. Next day my car still looked like it was just washed. Free unlimited vacuum time is a huge plus.

Stay away from this place for a couple of reasons: 1 - dryers will throw dirt on your vehicle if you are the first one through in the morning. The owner will then try to put it off on you as if its road tar. 2 - They will bill your credit card randomly then spontaneously cancel your account and refuse to honor what you have paid for. 3 - One of the staff members looks like he shows up hung over every morning and hates his job. I have yet to see this guy smile once. 4 - The works package does nothing for removing snow from your vehicle. 5 - The spot-free rinse actually leaves spots on the vehicle, forcing you to dry off the vehicle as soon as you pull out or deal with water spots. My reasons as to why you should look elsewhere. Oh also, the cost, $18 for a premium wash??!! hahaha what a joke.

I like it. Good car wash for the price. HALF the cost of mermaid. Its attended, but you have to do your own vaccuming and interior wipe down. This is where I bring all of my cars now.

I purchase a $50 card, had difficulty with getting the card, tried to get the attendant, when I found him, he was rude and could not give me a card or my money back, i showed him the screen which state I paid and it deducted from my account. Still no help
