Place use to be great but not anymore. 3 people on one car and it took forever!!! Wont come back again. But they guy who washed the car down first did a great job!

So aggravated dropped my car off Saturday to get detailed, I left it overnight and was told I could pick it up Sunday morning. Google maps said they opened at 930am I got there and waited until 1040 and no one opened the shop. Had to call someone to come back and get me. Still no word on my car. Will not be using their services again!

I would have given 5 stars had they not cut the vacuums off. I must have came too close to closing time; 30 minutes. If your business is open, 10 minutes seems like plenty of time to close up, not 30 minutes.

Theo- the owner.. very nicevery good; cheap washes there & auto vacuum & they do custom work..quick & easy....Tinting for vehicles is Available & I- Nick (Nikhil) am gonna learn the tinting trade & be their Tinter of all vehicles-Windows maximum legal tint in AL. Will be the main/ only one in Madison (maybe one more but it is not as good/ cost effective)... wait & see.....

I used to really love this place, but after today I wont go back. The only reason I am giving 1 star, is because the gentleman who washed my car down before I went throw the automatic wash, did a great job.Let me start by saying that I specifically came here to use their vacuum. You have to pay for the wash to be able to use the vacuum, so I did. However, after pulling all of my mats out, taking things out to clear the floor and preparing to vacuum, I was sad to see that when I turned on the vacuums, not ONE of the them had good pressure. I tried vacuuming my carpets, and it would barely pick up the big stuff, forget about anything small! Wasted my money, and had to go pay another place to use their vacuum.If you need to vacuum your car, do not go here unless you plan to pay them to do it for you.

Drove in. Thought it was abandoned. Place was sketchy as all get out. Drove out. Will not come back.

Chuck is amazing! He did an awesome job! My truck is brand new again! I would recommend Madison Auto Spa all day long and I’d give him 10 stars for service. Also the staff was very friendly. Thanks Chuck I’ll be back for sure

Truck exterior came out completely - I mean COMPLETELY covered in scratches. Several went below the paints clear coat. It was still dirty and they scratched the paint off the hood when they removed my antenna with a pliers. I have never had to remove my antenna?? They really shouldnt be allowed to do this without verbal permission. I could have EASILY prevented the damage they did by taking it off myself... It says not liable for damages and I understand, its a car wash business, but wow! The $15 exterior wash ended up costing me $800(+) to repair. Normally I wouldnt be writing a poor review, but I am really disappointed.My 2020 F150 definitely did not come out looking like a 2020.

Hadn’t been to this car wash in over a year & decided to use them since I was nearby & needed my car washed. NEVER AGAIN! The machine wouldn’t read my card, but I had put it in the machine as described; swipe stripe up. It didn’t do anything at all. I pressed the help button on the screen & it also didn’t do anything. I then called the number listed online for them TWICE...no answer. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I backed up & realized you can’t just drive around the other side of the building. I walked up to the man who washes the car & asked if there was something wrong w/ the card machine & he shrugged his shoulders & waved for me to go inside like he didn’t care to even help. I got back in my car to just u-turn & drive back out the way I came in bc their customer service was just horrible. Surprisingly, that’s when someone from inside decided to come out & tried to tell me I had to have been putting my card in wrong. I told her that was fine bc the card issue isn’t why I didn’t want to be serviced by them anymore, it was their lack of professionalism. Basically, START ANSWERING YOUR PHONE or learn how to provide good customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

Scratched paint to bare metal when they used a wrench to remove my vehicles antenna, used similar car washes of this set and no one has ever took it upon themselves to remove my vehicles antennaPoor service/Poor quality only happy that the bugs were cleaned off windshield but now have to look into paint matching a scratch on a 2019 f150 less than 11000 miles on it

Felt like I could accomplish the same just spraying my car with a hose, the wash did not remove any bird droppings and left several parts of the car untouched. Then the nozzle kept falling of the vacuum hose. Several other drive in car wash offer better quality for even cheaper. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.

Reasonable prices for the cleaning of both the inside and outside of the car. Paid $24 for this service versus paying $21 at someplace like GooGoo where I have to clean the inside and vacuum. They do an awesome job

Great car wash! Guys do a thorough wash by hand before it even goes into the automated wash. Spent $10. Get the lowest wash, $7, and add the $3 tire shine. $10 and 5 minutes of your time for a clean car, ya cant beat it.Free vacuum!Any negative reviews need to understand this is a car WASH. If you want your car detailed go get your car detailed. But if you want a wash and for it to look good without a dent in the wallet go here!

I am a first time customer and paid for the $14 car wash and was not satisfied. Went back through and they decided to hand wash my car still a very poor job because there is cat fur and cat paw prints still all over my trunk and roof of my car and streaky smudgy windows. I will never return!

The rear of my car was still dirty and my windows were streaked after the drive thru wash. Also, i wish they made interior cleaning products accessible to customers using vacuums like other places.

First time and last time visiting this place. Machine where you pay does not give back cash. No signs saying to get change from attendant. Attendant guy spraying the car down didnt let us know until after he sprayed the car down that he would provide change. He was rude. Car still dirty after getting the wash.

In the past Ive been very pleased with the quality of the car washes. But today was awful. Gate was stuck and we sat and waited for at least 10 minutes. Once the car wash finally began, it shut down mid cycle. Then when we got home, discovered the entire backside of the car was still dirty. Very dissatisfied!!

The wash didnt even clean the entire car. There were noticeable gaps of streaks throughout where the brushes didnt touch the vehicle. The vacuums are barely adequate. Ive been multiple times and has gotten worse each time. Save your money.

Good quick Car Wash, and cleaning. I do not recommend the higher end packages for the machine as it doesnt clean for an extremely long cycle or is a thorough as a hand wash. This is good for a quick pressure wash and interior self cleaning, not full detail.

Love this car wash. Close and convenient. It could use better rinse systems, but over all good wash. The employees always let me use their microfiber towels to dry. Of course Im very gratuitous after use if towels. A+++

While we are new to the area and havent been to other places I dont really see the reason to keep looking, they do a good job, the price is right and the folks are very friendly.

They are always very quick and do a pretty good job pre-washing before the automated car wash.

I paid $30.00 for a full wash. I had some repairs done 2 days ago. Upon completion, my car was parked under a lamp post and ended up covered in bird droppings. I was not happy!!! At the end of this wash, my car was sparkling on the outside, the inside was very clean and smelled nice. All bird droppings - gone in 30 minutes!😉 Definitely recommend. 12.20.2019

I appreciated the Quick Service. I needed to have my car washed and waxed in under an hour and they were able to accomplish that. However their service offerings are a little disjointed. For example I was able to have the car washed and waxed but they didnt do the inside in terms of applying Armor All. I had to ask for them to do that as opposed to it being included in the price. In my opinion, the application of the armor all should come with the cleaning of the inside of the car. In this case it didnt. In the application as well. They missed portions of the dashboard So while some places had the application, others didnt. Probably will look for another car wash to provide more complete service.

This is a great business. It is the most reasonably priced car wash in town. The automatic car wash does an awsome job when youre in a hurry. The guys who wipe down and dry the exterior, vacuum and clean interiors, and put the shiney stuff on the tires are the rock stars. They do a super job. The owner is always out there working hard with the guys. Ill be a customer for a long time.

Great customer service.

Paid for the Deluxe $30 package and was severely disappointed. Seats were not wiped down, crumbs were still in the cracks of the seats. Portions of the seat were obviously not vacuumed. I went to auto zone and got my own interior conditioner to finish the job. I will continue to drive down the Parkway to Lees.

I always do the express wash since I drive a company car 3000 miles a month and it needs cleaned weekly. It is a good value. My complaint is the vacuum station is getting worse every month. Several hoses broken or missing and the suction has dwindled down to barely vacuuming anything. RE-invest some of the money I spend here and fix your equipment properly and I will revise my rating. Don’t I will drop you a star a month...to be continued.

They are to expensive!! Exact same wash at Googoo for $9.. I was not impressed at all.. but got the job done

Soap was left on the car when done. The blowers were not very effective in drying the car. I still had lots of water on my car at the end. Pretty run-down. Will not go again.

Vaccums didnt really work. Not enough suction

If you have a Jeep it wont clean it well but it gets some of the dirt off. Its close to me so I use it. Equipment is getting old and is not working well. The passenger side wash scrubber does not touch the car anymore. A new carwash is coming to the area just in time before this one falls apart.

Should have read the reviews before i went! I assumed this place would do as good a job as other chains like it in town. I was wrong. My car wasnt really clean at all and some parts of it were still very dirty. I had to do a lot of cleaning after i got home- the hood, the rear view mirrors, the wheels and even the windshield. And the vacuum was so weak it wouldnt even grab onto the little flap of rubber on the hanger. Real waste of time and money.

Its around 7 bucks for the basic wash, and they still give your car a scrub down before you enter the automated tunnel. You cant beat that.

Pulled in a little over an hour before their close time and the employees waved me off saying they are closing early because they aren’t busy. I looked over the tunnel had 3-4 cars inside. We really like to patronize this place so this was a disappointing experience.

I paid for the spa better package which includes the following:Exterior wash includes triple foam paint conditioner, tire dressing, and Wheel Brite. Full service includes towel dry, clean windows, interior vacuum, and wiping down the dash and console.However, My back window wasnt clean and trash was left in the car.

Car didnt come out clean. Wheels were only halfway treated. They are a few bucks higher than all the other car washes around the Madison/Huntsville area.

We absolutely love Madison Auto Spa. We have been taking our autos to them for years and they always come back cleaner than when we bought them! The prices are affordable and Rosses are lovely people.

Vacuums were not very strong, didnt sick much up and they didnt reach to the back of my vehicle (the one on the other side was in use). Car wash just slapped dirty fabric across my paint, scratching it without really cleaning it. Price was 2 or 3 times that of similar washes across town.

It was not awesome, people were standing around smoking while the brought you through. Overall kind of run down and didnt wash my car well. i am sticking with the others places in town.

Its gets the job done. Its a little run down and dirty and honestly its kind of expensive. $7 for basic and then the next level up is $14. You can add some ala carte items for $3 but I still dont think its very competitive. They were not very busy so the attendant really did a great job wit the pre-cleaning.

Its a good car wash. Just hope the wash is working correctly. The owner is very combative and cranky if anything doesnt work right.

Paid for the 14$ wash. Which is quite a bit pricy considering soap and dirt was left on the car. The self service vacuum was bulky and low suction. Took way longer to get the carpet in my car vacuumed. Was not able to get in between the seats at all. Very disappointed in this place.

My wife and went to this carwash with both of our vehicles and both cards got hacked immediately after. Dont go here.

Horrible experience dealing with an employee. There was no management on site at the time of the incident. One employee was so rude and would not allow me to speak to the point where I had to walk away. The employees need a class on customer service IMMEDIATELY!

After spending $30 on their highest car wash I was left with dirt still in the shift boot, 5 out of the 8 windows cleaned and armor all on the pedals... not one word was spoken to me by any employee, no greeting or even a have a nice day.

I typically only write good reviews, but was very disappointed not once, but twice by this place. I just moved here from Colorado and had my Dad take my car to the car wash on 8-29-16. It was filthy from the road trip, as I had pulled my car on an auto hauler behind the Uhaul truck.Anyway, I told my Dad I just wanted a basic wash where ever he went. So he found this place, which looked nice from the roadside & paid $6 for a drive-thru car wash. However, somebody at the car wash pulled my favorite pet magnet OFF the back of my car, which it ended up tearing & not going back on properly.Ive been going through car washes for many-many years. That pet magnet had been on there fore many years, and again was my favorite one, as it was on the back of the car near the tag. Ive NEVER had anyone try to remove it before, so not sure why it was removed here.So that was my 1st bad experience. My 2nd one was when I went by there last week to see about pricing & such. I didnt realize this was the same place my Dad went to, since I wasnt with him that day, nor did I really look at the name of the place on the receipt he gave me. It was after I got home that I was curious & sure enough its the same place.However, not knowing that, I stopped by to get information because, as mentioned, it looked decent from the roadside. I always had a place I used to take my car to back in Colorado that I was really pleased with. I was hoping to find my next go-to place. Well, when I went inside there was NO ONE to be found behind the desk, near the desk or anywhere. I waited & waited & waited ...no one ever showed up.There was 1 customer inside with me, but he was on the phone the entire time, so I couldnt ask him if he knew were the person behind the counter might be. So I assume his car was being detailed somewhere. I saw a few cars going through the car washes, as well as one man, who I think was on staff outside working on a car. However, he never came in to offer any assistance, so I dont know.I wouldve gone up to him, but I thought Id wait for a few more minutes. Finally, I took one of the business cards & just left out of frustration. Im pretty sure I waited around for over 10 minutes or more. There was no bell to ring, no note that said Ill be right back ...just an empty counter!Then when I got home, I looked and saw that the name on the receipt matched the name on the business card. So it was the same place my Dad took my car to. Im glad now that I didnt go through their wash again. No telling what theyd pull off this time around. Im still a bit peeved that my magnet was taken off with out my permission. My dog passed away last year & thats one of the few things I have left to remind me of her, as silly as that may sound.So anyway ...I normally give awesome reviews, if you check out my reviews. So I dont like giving negative ones, but after 2 negative results with this place ...I wanted to at least give others the heads up, if theyre planning to go there.Im hoping to find another go-to place that does cheap drive-through car washes. Gas stations can add up & not always be convenient unless youre purchasing gas at the time. Since I just moved here I will look around to see what I can find. If I find a place I like, then I will post a review on it!

The auto car wash was fine but the vacuum suction is horrible.

Worst managment Ive ever seen.There are 2 computerized entries - left & right. I was the 1st car in the right lane and the computer was down. There were 2 cars behind me and 3 cars in the left lane. By the time the 3 left cars entered and the 2 cars behind me changed lanes, it took over 10 minutes. When I complained about losing time and having 6 cars ahead of me, the manager said thanks. I suggested a free car wash ($6.00) and she said no way. One greedy oriental b_tch.

I will not go there ever again! Worst car wash ever then they want to be expensive! I wnt through the car wash and the machine just started washing my car with no soap, then at the end the machine didnt blow my car dry. And lastly the machine that pulls your car through felt like it was about to break. The vacuum is worthless you have to push a button to turn on vacuum first time I ever saw that and I hurt my hand trying to keep the vacuum part on the hose to vacuum. Worst experience ever! Never again will they service. I will stay going to Mr. BUBBLES

The $11 wash not worth $6, suds left on the car, blow dryers left water on all surfaces, was supposed to have conditioner and protectant, theres no way that many different liquids/foams were used. The free vacuum was not very powerful.

I came by today and for some reason my car wouldnt go through the car wash, the wheel kept getting stuck...one of the men that stand and wash your windows for you started yelling at me to Just Go and then I had to drive out of the car wash. The other man was very polite and told me to go around again!! Well we tried the second time and it got stuck again while the same rude man from before was yelling again about your tire slip and pointing to the sign of directions which I followed exactly. I have been through this car wash many times before and have never had an issue with customer service like this! What the rude man didnt know is that I speak Spanish very well and he was laughing to his friend about how the woman cant drive and making driving motions. I dont appreciate this at all and I will make sure I take my business elsewhere. Mishaps are going to happen at work and if an employee chooses to act as this man did then that is unacceptable! On the other hand, when the issue was resolved, the other guy attending the wash was extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming!!! Thank you for that!!
