I’m not happy I got a flat tire my car was being driven by my 18-year-old son Hi-Tech was called to help he was charge $50. He was charged $50 to air up the tire and sent him on his way literally the tow truck was on site for about 10 minutes. How can I be happy with the service that did not provide a service and charged him $50. My son did not complain because he has his own job and paid it out of his pocket. He didn’t change the tire aired it charged $50 for air

Long tow to Santa Cruz County. Courteous and careful. Excellent experience.As I waited for the driver to fill up, I sat in the shade. A gentleman came out with ice water for me. Maybe an owner. Kindness appreciated.

Towed car to dealership. Promised there was a dropbox and he was familiar with with the location and it wont be a problem to leave the vehicle with him. He calls when he gets to the drop off and says its closed and proceeds to charge an additional $80 on top of what insurance paid him and the $90 for overage miles to drop the car off less than a half mile away. The car was still on the bed. He said it either $80 for an extra 1 minute/half mile of distance or $200 to take it to the yard and an additional tow fee the next day. He took advantage of the Situation. USAA will be hearing about the sleazy practices.

Joe is a great guy. He towed me home and then came back in the morning and towed me to the dealership. Highly recommend!

On what could have been one of the worst days, Joe Madrigal of HiTech Road Service was a lifesaver. My engine blew up 2 hours away from home, it was 105 degrees outside, and right in the middle of COVID lockdown so I was warned that the driver would not take a passenger. Not only did Joe load up my baby swiftly and safely, he refused to leave me all alone in the middle of nowhere 150 miles away from home! I won’t go into pricing, as that doesn’t really matter when you receive superb customer support like this! Thank you Joe and HiTech for treating me like a human being and making a horrible day a little less trying. Amy

They arrived at the 20mins that were indicated by the dispatcher. 2 very nice gentlemen arrived, very courteous, friendly. I was accompanied by my 2 toddlers. The 2nd guy stayed behind in order for me & my babies to fit in the tow truck. My truck was towed from a distance of about a quarter of a mile for $60. I was able to pay with card. Overall very happy with the service. No complaints from me.

Hot day no ac in my car with a head gasket blown on the 99 north. It was not my best of days. Here comes Hi Tech to the rescue. Tow operator Adrain greeted me a friendly smile and a cold water and told me everything is going to be okay. Thank you Hi Tech for the fast tow and hospitality.

I call. They tell me they will be here in 30mins. Okay I take my kid to school. My wife calls me because they are here 10mins early. The driver does not call me. She informs them I will right there I’m around the corner. As I pull up the driver leaves. He was rude to my wife. I call the company and they can’t even tell him to come back. He wasn’t even out of the neighborhood yet. That’s not how you do business.

I give the company a no star as I was driving on country club by the tracks the driver was driving a rate miles of speed cut me off when I called the phone number first thing he said was I was fool of shot that I made an illegal turn when he didnt even give me the chance to change lanes it was on Saturday November 10 2018 flatbed truck you need to speak to your drivers and there reckless driving
