The best pool service in Fresno/ Madera. Very accommodating. Use them at least twice a year for filter cleaning and other service calls as needed. John and Mario being providing excellent pool service for more than 10 years. Great job guys.

Weve been working with Wight Water pools for years. They are always spot on. Show up on time. Do good work, even take the time to explain to me how the pool dealios work. We even had them install a new motor some years back and are planning to hire them to install a new filter too. Excellent company.

Called these guys and they came out the next day. Cleaned up my green pool for Birthday party. Reasonable and quick service.

The water is actually clear instead of that swampy green color. Because Im not going green!!!!

Thanks to Mario from Wight Water Pools he turned my fathers green pool to a clear gorgeous pool in 4 1/2 hours. I not only appreciated the professional work Mario and his team did but the quickness that they did it in. I would highly recommend Mario and his team.

After dealing with a young man who lied numerous times about the work he wasnt doing, John the manager seemed to be perfectly ok with taking advantage of my elderly mother in law. I would not recommend this company. They will lie to your insurance company in hopes to cost you more money. Please do not use this company for your needs.

These guys came out same day for me and rescued my pool. I was having a party next day. They gave me a price up front before starting work and communicated clearly what to expect. I would recommend these guys. Great customer service!

So I called them for pool service one day they came out fixed a few things and changed out so stuff the others didn’t, good on that part, but when they used a sub-contractor to clean our pool is where is went south the guy only worked for three months and told us his not working in the pool care business closing down basically. So I called whitewater back told them about the problem and they said sorry we do not service that area. Nor do we know of anyone to help you .Be careful they might leave you after three months

I dont reccomend this pool service to anyone. It is not worth the headache. They were hired by home insurance to look at and replace filters and were asked to look for any other potential problems, including leaks. They replaced the filter but tech made no mention of anything else. Our regular pool service advised us that there are leaks so we asked that Wight Water come back out. They did. The tech reports to the insurance that we must have recently ran the pool without water. When we called the manager to follow-up, the CEO was yelling at my 70yr old mother and extremely unpleasant. We posted on yelp and then he responds with no pertinent info just states that my mother threatened him with bad reviews. She doesnt even know what yelp is. She had advised that she would be calling BBB. Anyway, our experience with Wight Water has been filled with lies and inconsistencies, rude and unpleasant behavior, and unethical and unprofessional service. The pool has never been run without water in the 10+ years that my mom has had it. The tech missed stuff in the beginning and they are covering their a** . I dont know but as stated, its been a terrible experience with them.

I never put reviews on line, but this is the exception to the rule. The service was that bad. Spoke to John about the performance of his team and pretty much left the conversation feeling like he didnt care. Beware of this company. I wish I could give a negative stars. Non stop problems and I finally have had enough. Closing account today.

Paid $320.00 for a algae cleaning and wanted to start a monthly service after that. Was hit with a hidden charge start fee of $65 plus $85 monthly service once they got to my house. Was promised a call back by the office, never happened. I finally called them back two weeks later and they apologized for not giving me the correct info and forgetting to call me back. What a failure of customers service all the way around.
