Overall disappointed... long wait theyre clearly understaffed... the lady that did my pedicure cut one of my toes and the polish looked a bit uneven. I couldve lived with it. HOWEVER I also paid for a full set and Ive never seen such a horrible job done. The acrylic is so thin I might as well have bought press ons from Walmart. Not to mention the acrylic all over my fingers that was left after the application was done. The paint job was horrendous paint under my nail no where near my cuticle... definitely doesnt look like a professional did it.

They don’t sanitize their tools, they rush on getting stuff done. I’ve gone there and multiple times have they cut me. This time I got fungus it’s unsanitary!!!! Do not go there !!!

The man who helped was sloppy and tug and pulled my feet. He was helping me and helping another client. What is the point of the clear protectors if you are going to be cross contaminating. The man rushed me out and offered me a deluxe service. Felt more like a cheap version of a pedicure. Don’t get the deluxe and never going back. This older gentleman is very sloppy.

Always do a great job only have had the gentlemen do mine.

Usually love coming here however, I hate having to go to Henry on chair 6 because he is very impatient and rushes . Plus after getting my nails done for a fill these are what they look like after washing my hands.(Sorry for alot of pictures but these pics dont do them justice ) horrible in person. This is 30$ worth.

I love my nails! I showed the nail tech a photo of the style I wanted my nails and he executed the task Perfectly. I asked for white and nude pink ombre coffin nails. Im getting married this Saturday, he also wrote I Do on my left ring finger and J❤️F on my right ring finger. My nails wedding ready now Thanks to Rose Nails 🌹

I really liked it. Got us in and out quickly. Got acrylics with mood changing polish, the staff was very friendly the only part I dont like is that the manicurist didnt tell me it would be $35 rather than $25 for this polish which kinda mad me mad but overall an enjoyable time.

Pedi was what I needed and the back massager chair was the plus!

Very slow I waited two hours n plus couldnt hear the person call my name n had a woman named Lynn that couldnt speak English n was unperfesionalized but I understand it was a long day n she wanted to go home I was her last client so I got treated bad but can ur workers speak up when they call the next client n speak clearly very hard to understand thanks tho she did better than I would of done

Called to find out if the offered e-gifts but the gentlemen I spoke with asked why was I inquiring about this. I stated I lived out of town and my niece lived in that area and wanted her nails done there. He said that they only had gift certificates but I would have to go in and purchase them. Hello, I live out of town. So very unhelpful to my situation!!

Very rude i just walked in to ask a question and the lady yelled No No get out! Didnt even give me a chance to ask any thing so i strongly recommend not to go there

Absolutely love how this place takes walk in appointments,,, unlike other places you have to have appointments with and still get stuck waiting. They are fast and thoroughly do a great job getting you in and out with a great looking set of nails for a very reasonable price. Sonny is awesome here,, I definitely need to see him soon for a touch up. This is my place to go for anything foot and hand related.

Ridiculous place....lady broke my natural nail...switched me to another person to fix my nails...for a beginner and ugly nails did very poor quality place not recommended anymore

Ive been coming here for a few years now and not once have I ever had an issue with my nails until today. The lady that did my nails seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She didnt do them right. My nails were not shaped right. They were crooked and the nail polish was wayyyy too thick and bumpy . She also hurt me multiple times. This is not ok.

I love this place Johnny is the best! I went in there not sure about what I wanted and he was very helpful. I went with an ombré design and it came out amazing. They also did a great job on my pedicure. Really gentle and thorough. I definitely recommend this place.

I got my first set of acrylics here today. I got in super quick and the girl who did my nails,Michael, was very sweet. She asked me about school and talked to me instead of being quiet. She was very comfortable and gave me great nails. They look amazing! Service is great. I definitely recommend to go and if you do you should ask for Michael😀 she even gave me $5 off for the set of acrylics and gel nails. Super sweet.

Went in as a walk in . Took a friends young daughter with me. Told the person what she wanted and they kept pushing her to add on services. I told them three times she was on a budget and she just needed a manicure. Not to mention she didnt realize every time they asked her if she wanted something it was going to cost more money because she was just a little girl. After my third time telling them no they completely ignored her and finished as quickly as possible and just walked off. I could hear her asking if she was done several times. I had to get up and go get her. I also had to refuse additional services they kept trying to push on me and when I refused I was told my nails wouldnt dry properly and they would be messed up. When I paid the bill they added on extras I had specifically declined. To be fair my nails did look nice but I will NEVER return here.

They do my nails beautifully every time! Most who review giving 1 star are rude when they come in and start demanding. But every time i go in they treat me kind and as fast as they can. Rose nail is great!

Went in with a picture of what i wanted, i asked for almond shape and she convinced me to get girlfriendshaped, whatever that is? They looked nothing like the picture, and she complained that i was taking up too much of her time! My nails only lasted me a week! Ill never go back! Id rather spend an extra $10 and go to diva nails, better quality and they actually have matt and color changing nail polish.

Horrible! The guy who did my pedicure didn’t use the cuticle solution and cut me, didn’t do a proper job cleaning them, cut my nails wayyyy to short and glumped on so much polish and didn’t even clean the edges. End up spending more having to buy polish and redo them myself! Don’t waste your money here, there are better places in Madera only problem is there all booked up bc they’re better than this place.

First time going here and def my last. Sonny did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. I asked for coffin, and they looked like almonds! This place takes in customers like no other and rushes through everyone! My “full set” was done in 40 minutes, ridiculous. Anyone who says this place does a good job, obviously isn’t picky at all with their nails.

I WOULDNT COME HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GOOD PEDICURE SALON. I went in for a pedicure and even paid the extra for gel making it $35. And the price was NOT worth it the nail polish isnt painted straight on ANY single toe. They did the job very sloppily and were rushing like they just want to get customers in and out and take their money.

My cousin and I went in for Pedicures and both ladies we got were so unprofessional. They had no manners and were very rough. The lady I got rushed thru it and was done within 20 min. The girl working on my cousin cut her and didnt even apologize or acknowledge that she cut her. She messed up on her polish and got upset cause my cusin had her fix it. Dont go there you will be very disappointed.

If I could post with 0 stars, I would!! Years and years ago, they were pretty good. Now? I will NEVER go back into that herd them in, herd them out, make money while doing a shoddy job, nail hack house!! SMH very unsanitary to say the least! Cut into my cuticle, over charged me by 10 dollars more than they said it would be, and what was listed!! Thoroughly disgusted!!

I can’t believe I paid for this, the guy was rude and there was nail polish left all over my fingers.

Hand a pedicure, no interaction from the lady doing mine. Also I called about a couple of weeks later to see how much they charge to remove the gel polish. On the phone they told me $5.00, when I had it removed I was charged $10.00. I called the next day to find out why the price difference? I was told if they file your nails its more. Are you kidding me! The girl (very unfriendly) literally ran an Emory board quickly across my toes and for that I was charged an extra $5.00. Wow!! I will not be going back again.

Horrible job. Uneven polishing so unhygienic and not careful at all. They will file down your entire natural nail if you don’t speak up. I went in for a soak off and one of the ladies started removing my acrylics by lifting them with a tip and literally tore so many layers of my nail bed. PAINFUL.

First I had to wait 45 minutes. The girl who did my nail did such a terrible job I couldnt stand it went back to fix but not much better. She did gel over nails full of dust and crumbs my nail were roughand she didnt even scrape off old gel very well. She had to repair two nail with acrylic and made them thick and crooked.Its been 2 days and all my nails are cracked.Never again stick with 3D nails!

First one in the shop it wasnt busy. They messes up my nails lines from the Polish were visible and she tried to say it was my nail! And I have post kish all over my fingers!!!

My cousins and I went to get our nails done for Christmas and first of all, they left her old nail polish color on her nails. They did not even bother to fix it. And one of my nails broke off the next day. My other cousin’s nails were crooked and she was cut several times.

Omg i was there for hours!!! Got a regular manicure with my mom. They tried to over charge us at first. Then my nail polish on my nails had bubbles and even other customers were saying they didnt look good. After 3 failed attempts to fix my nails i refused to pay full price. Rude RUDE SERVICE! My mom WAS Regular but after this we will never return! No bueno!!!!

I used to like going to this place. The last 3 times I have been there my nails don’t last long. I was just there last Thursday 4/4/19. By the 2nd day they are already looking ugly and almost falling off.

Theres a guy that works there that did a horrible job on my nails, so I now go to 3d nails in Madera, I get better quality there.
