My washer broke so I chanced it and chose dirty bird. Yeah it was dirty all right. Floors needed to be swept and mopped. Washers worked good but didnt get to dry my clothes there because only 1/2 of the dryers work.

I always go to dirty bird, especially if I have hella clothes. The lady working is always nice and she’s always cleaning👍 And if u bring ur kids they have a small snack bar too🤗

The bathroom was squeaky clean, and I tested the pipes by taking a huge movement. 5 stars...

I like coming to the place. However thing have started getting bad this year. Now I am seeing roaches everywhere. Be careful they can get in your clothes. Dont take them home with you. Called the customer service number on the wall and no answer.

Call customer service and they wont even turn on worst time washing

Very disappointed, the staff was hard to find and not very helpful I tried calling and the person they answered the phone wasnt polite at all and made it uncomfortable to ask questions, I didnt receive my free dry with my wash I used the two largest machines to wash and the two largest machines to dry No one wants asked if I needed help and several times my daughter had to step out because she was uncomfortable because there was male individuals that would not stop staring at her while we were there and she is only 10.We will not be going back.

I have been washing here since its opened due to free drying and it had always been very dirty and rude workers. However Im very impressed at how clean the laundry matt has been lately. The new employee has drastically made a differenceKeep up the good work

If I could give zero stars i would, dryer ripped and stained all my clothes. I asked if dryer was working properly since it later was making noise told me yes, when i got home and fold my clothes since the pandemic i dont fold my clothes in the laundry and realize it was ripped with holes and gray stains . Called customer service didnt recieve a call back from manager, dont come here plus when you wash the clothes it stays with a smell since they dont clean their machines, keep out of here

Yes you get free drying for you laundry but their coin machine didn’t work so the lady had to manually turn on the washing machines for me... When she turned on the machines I needed and I was paying her the cash she decided she was going to charge me taxes... If I don’t get charge extra/taxes with the coin machine why in the hell am I getting charged now?... This will definitely be my LAST visit here at Dirty Bird.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing. Then was told after arriving that they would then be closed as of then.

It wasnt at aii what I expected. There is only a couple of extra large washers. It was very crowded and there were kids running around not being supervised.

This place is the worst place to wash and dry there washers do not work and there water always in the middle of floor from washers leaking‼️‼️‼️If I would post pics I would show how trash this place is.

This is a good place to wash and dry clothes but its ALWAYS packed. Maybe a few more big washing machines and dryers should have been put in . Starting to look a little untidy.
