I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. At the time the sales guy was busy with someone but as soon as he was done he hurried over to me to see if he could help me. I had called earlier that day and ask about a charm bracelet. he remembered the conversation and took me straight over to exactly what I was looking for. I found the bracelet and the charms and I’m super excited to give this to my new daughter-in-law soon to be a mother for Mother’s Day. Couldn’t be happier

First time experience at this location and must say it was a pretty great one. The employees were helpful especially this one called Carlos that found me the perfect anniversary gift for my wife. The jewelry were all cleaned and show to perfection with the way they shined. Other then that, nice employees with even nicer personality.

I had an earring that needed fixing and took it to Jalisco Jewelers here in Madera. Erika provided the best customer service, she was incredibly helpful and super friendly. She made sure my earring was repair quickly and when I received them they looked like new! I highly recommend this place and if you go in ask for ERIKA.

Great Experience..!! Went in to have my ring sized up one size and it was later in the day however it was when the gentleman who takes care of the sizing was in, and they had it done within an hour..!! When everywhere else was telling me 2 weeks..!! Mind you it’s just before Christmas, And they still got it done right away, along with polishing and cleaning my rings..!! I definitely recommend them..!!

Don’t ever go to this jewelry store I took my diamond ring in there and tried to keep one of my diamonds bad customer service instead of helping they make you spend more on them and they tried to brag on me about their diamonds when all I had gone in there for was a clean up on my gold childish

The staff is helpfull and tend to their customers as soon as the door opens, the variety of jewelery didnt impress me too much. They have a wide variety of ways to finance you for any size purchase.

Are you kidding me?? Their diamond quality is close to frozen spit!! The prices are exorbitant for BS quality. They have lots of financing options but the interest rate on all of them is laughable!!
