Bad customer service! They have no clue on how to run a rental car business. Kept try to bill me for car when its was all thru the insurance. Even a sent repo letter to my home. When insurance have spoke with them on several occasions. Never will I do business with Hertz again!

D and Santiago were absolutely amazing. My car was not working and in the shop for weeks, they both made sure I was in a vehicle that met my work commuting needs. Our rental was very clean and did not smell musty or smoky, as have some cars we have rented from other agencies. We will continue to travel from out of town to Madera to take them our business. Thank you for making the check in/out process a breeze.

Horrible customer service!!! I’ve rented from Hertz about 20x in my lifetime and I’ll tell you NEVER AGAIN. The lady working here was so busy with her cell phone to actually stop texting with her child and help the customer... If you have an emergency, excuse yourself instead of being a ****

They have great deals for the weekend and DoorDash drivers.

They suck they are not one bit worried about your families health or safety. Roadside Assistance is a complete joke strongly DO NOT recommend this place for car rental especially for a family vacation.

This is always our go to spot. If ever we’re renting a car for personal use or through insurance, we like to choose them. We’ve rented with them 8+ times now. Never had an issue here. Check out is super fast and checking in is just as quick. Staff is friendly which is a huge plus.

They NEVER pick up their phone! tried several times during hours they claim to be available. Horrible service for those who need the convenience of quick over phone questions and arrangements due to limited day availability.
