Josie was super nice to me and got my blood the first try compare to others who can’t. I didn’t even feel the needle by far no pain. During the process I was nervous based on bad experiences and she did an amazing job calming my nerves within 5min she was done. Thank you Josie.

Actually this deserves 0 stars, simply because the wait is too long, I understand that there is only one person working this office, but the capacity says only 4 people in the office yet there was 5 people and I came into the office to ask a simple question plus waiting to be called in and I was told to step out very rudely that there is only suppose to be 4 people, How is that fair? And better yet they let in the back office with 3 people! I thought were suppose to keep our distance since were still in a pandemic!? This is not acceptable!

The only place I’ll go for bloodwork! If you don’t want to wait make an appointment online ! Fast friendly service. The lady there always knows exactly how to draw my blood on the first try!! Everyone else in the hospital or other labs always has to dig around or poke me multiple times 🥲 no bruises yay !

Arrived at 1:45pm and sign on door said they were open until 3:45pm, yet the door was locked and nobody in sight. Call ahead before you drive around town only to be turned away. Everyone will blame Covid to not run their businesses right. Do not allow bad service. Go elsewhere.

The first time I came hear I got here about 10 minutes before 12 but the lady was in the back and didn’t come out until 12 and said they were closed because it was lunch and I didn’t get attended until 1 because that’s when the lunch break ends the next time I went I got here at exactly 1:00pm and I walked in and the same lady name Josie said we are still closed it’s lunch break even though it was already 1 and the door was unlocked so I went back outside and she locked the door even though the lunch break was over and I waited outside for 40 minutes until she unlocked the door and I was attended.

Always a long wait ie 1+ hours even if 3 people ahead of you. 6th street camarena and almond are both the worst labs in town. Use Quest lab if possible.By the way 1 star is generous

This place is a mess, lady has no patience no sense of humor. She gets super rude with her clients. If she cant be professional why is she even there. I had to put one star, but in reality is 0 star.. The lady needs to be replaced with some one who really loves there job. Is there any number where I can do a report on this lady?? She really doesnt deserve to be in this place, makes me very uncomfortable coming in to this place but I have no choice... if any one know somewhere else to get blood work done. Please let me know asap.. I have to get my blood work every 3 months for my cancer. Thank you.

Explain to me why someone has to wait 1 hour to get her lab work done!!!! This is a horrible place and Camarena Health patients have no choice but to come here. On top of it the front desk person is not helpful or friendly. Horrible place avoid it if you have a choice. I hope that the Camarena executives, doctors, nurses came here just once, I promise you things would change! Just allow your patients to go to Quest where you get in and out in 5-10 min!!

If I could they will only get 1/4 star the lady that works there is so rude, they need to have helpful and friendly staff

Supposed to get work done here but the lady couldnt tell me the costs. She told me to call my insurance, my insurance company tried to talk to her but then she suggest I call her billing department. Today was real annoying.

The lady has no patience and is no help.

If I could I would give a 0. While I was Here I had to change my baby’s diaper and the lady with black hair told me I could change her in the restroom but as soon as I get out the restroom she gets mad telling me that I needed to take the dirty diaper out the trash and actually makes me dig in the trash for the diaper and makes take it outside. I’ve been looking for a number to report her. Don’t come here!!

Here at 8am not open its Tuesday should be open at 8am already 6 people waiting and more pulling up 8/21/28 its already 8:15am still not open
