The men were very professional and personable. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased overall. I would recommend them to others. The only thing and it was my fault not theirs, was my steps weren’t pressure washed. I had assumed when they did the porch they would also do the steps.

I cant believe how clean my windows are after Windows Plus came to my home! It really made a difference. They cleaned inside and outside, as well as the tracks, and the price was lower than their competitors. They came and gave me an estimate first, and it was clearly laid out with a price-per-window, and thats what I paid. I had trouble locking one of my windows afterwards, and I called, and Philip came right back and went above and beyond to fix it for me! I was very pleased and would definitely use this company again.

Had all of my windows cleaned, inside and out. Two window cleaners showed up, on time, one for the inside and one outside. We had several windows that had re-glazing residue and they worked hard to make them beautiful again. These windows are very old so this was a difficult job and we are very pleased at the outcome.

Finally a business that values the customer! This is my second time using the company. After doing a fantastic job on my windows I had them pressure wash my walkways and large driveway. The equipment they used was impressive and the crew worked non-stop until the job was done and I was fully satisfied. If I had known they were this easy to work with and can make my home look this good, I would have done it sooner!

The Windows Plus Team arrived and got right to work. Phillip was very professional and nice. However, I couldnt give five stars for two reasons... First, Phillip noted that there seemed to be a film or something on my living room window but nothing was done about it. They didnt try to clean it a second time, possibly with a stronger mixture, or make any suggestions of how it could be removed. It was simply noted. Second, the window in my garage was not cleaned on the inside at all. I assume the outside was done since they had to walk by it to get to the backyard. But since I paid for all of them to be cleaned inside and out, Im disappointed that it wasnt.Update - The Team came back today to clean my front porch but honestly, Im disappointed. The light fixtures were not touched - which I now realize I didnt ask if that was part of the service, so that could be on me - but I had assumed clean the porch meant all of it (floor, ceiling, columns, light fixtures, etc.). Although I can tell they cleaned the stucco and the ceiling, it doesnt appear they cleaned the floor. There was quite a bit of dirt and residue left on the floor and the stucco still has a few dirt spots and cobwebs.

The crew was extremely efficient and courteous. They did a great job! I would recommend your company to anybody that likes quality work done on their home.

Great job! They were courteous and reasonably priced . We had a lot of built-up mildew on the patio and I wanted it cleaned before Thanksgiving. Of course, every one wants their place to look nice, especially if youre expecting house guest. They worked us into their busy schedule and really made the day for us. They did a wonderful job! All of the green slim was removed and we could once again be proud of our home.

I hired Windows Plus of Macon to clean my gutters after being referred to them by a family member. Mr. Brown was able to come out the same day to perform an estimate, and the service was completed within a few days. I was not home during the appointment, but I was pleasantly surprised when I returned home to find my gutters clean and all of the debris cleaned up. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

2018: I have a large skylight which is challenging---but its one that Windows Plus is up to! It is a pleasure doing business with them . . .2019: Id read they do more than just windows--which is what Ive hired them for in the past--so I asked: indeed! Getting a 40-year old rental property ready for a new tenant meant a thorough cleaning--floors, bathrooms, kitchen and kitchen appliances, walls, concrete patio and front steps, even a cobblestone walkway (something I was delighted to learn: pressure washing gets rid of the weeds quicker than by hand!) -- all accomplished thoroughly, promptly, and with good cheer.
