Sorry to say but very poor management, there is no freight management at all. I had no deliveries received back to back twice in-spite of placing order on time every Monday. When i called person in charge says you got to call the driver to find out when would he deliver. But they don’t even know which driver is assigned to our store.Great products, good sales staff but very bad fright department in charge.

Horrible customer service/teleservices, and unprofessional. I call for a simple request for a product being available. I explain what Im looking for, just to be met with a interruptive yes and when I followed up to confirm the make is correct. Im met with quick confusion to the English language and decided to hang up on me. There was no discussion to attempt to understand my questions, just a quick hang up.P.S. Call there again to give them a second chance, but get racially profiled as they wont open an account with us because we are not from the middle east.
