I did a lot of looking around until I found the right dentistry that made me comfortable. I was really skeptical about coming here because, previous places that I checked out did not require a mask upon entry. Considering there is still covid floating around, that made me very uncomfortable. BUT when I first arrived to Macon Smiles I was extremely RELIEVED to find a MASK REQUIRED sign as soon as I walked up to the walk way entrance. I was greeted by Summer ( I believe that was her name) She is always so very sweet and welcoming. Marie was the first dental assistant I met here and she is also always so great! Dr. Shah is WONDERFUL very knowledgeable! She went through my exams with me very throughly and educated me on all the important information that I needed to know about the health of my teeth. Im usually scared of being in the dentist chair but Dr. Shah is very gentle and knows exactly how to make her patients feel comfortable and painless! She gave me the BEST shot in my mouth I didnt feel a thing!!! I am so very happy I decided to give this place a chance, I have no regrets! I am glad to call this place my new Dentistry Home! I have had horrific and painful experiences with dentist, but Marys gentle and caring personality really eased my anxieties during my visit and made me feel empowered. She made me feel calm by being so engaged, thorough, polite, and professional that I really felt like I was talking to a friend and not a scary dentist! I live 60 miles away from their dentistry and simply refuse to switch because of their bedside manner and customer service! Dr. Shah is terrific and has done an amazing job in selecting her team (front and back), but Mrs. Mary has been a true godsend! Thank you!!

Everything was very professional. The oral hygienist took her time and did a very concise exam. Upon completion she explained her findings and went over the numbers, procedure needed and gave me a price. I saw the DOC who was very polite and detailed in her practice. By far the best experience I’ve ever had! I’m posting from my hubbies account but I am 8 months pregnant and they took SUCH good care of me! Made me comfortable the entire time. The hygienist was by far the most gentle, warm, knowledgeable person I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. The whole team was just so wonderful! I can’t say better things about this establishment. I was so anxious going because I was pregnant and haven’t been to the dentist in a year but they made me feel so much better.

Very impressed today at my dental cleaning with Meredith. She is very thorough. It’s my second cleaning since Covid started. She wipes down everything after use, changes gloves and no cross contamination seen. While she was working my teeth, she had someone comes in to look up my file (instead of touching the files with dirty gloves). The entire staff is constantly cleaning the surfaces. It is even better than my last visit 6 months ago. Good job!!

I didnt have a regular dentist after recently moving back to middle GA. After breaking a tooth, Macon Smiles was able to quickly get me in to see the doctor. Although they werent able to pull the tooth they did everything they could and referred me to an oral surgeon. Very thorough, professional and courteous.

There are certain types of pain that people can deal with & there are the most intolerance of a few, mainly in the tender parts of your body. The face in particular. Ive had pain in my life, including childbearing without an epidural! When I say that I could just forever take care of these group of women, for taking care of me, Im as serious as I always am! Best dentist that Ive had in my adult life! Being a heartfelt female is a PLUS, for ME. Am having a bit of a deal between my dental care credit & the office, yet Im sure that will be resolved. I usually like to wait until all is finish before giving a review, but Im truly overwhelmed by the care given from this dentist & her assistants! It’s like our family dentist growing up. They are efficient, thorough, and professional. However, they do not forget about being personable. They take care of our children and family, they ask about how things are going and remember from visit to visit (that’s 6months in between)!! M truly impressed by their caring nature for our family.They also work to provide appointments that work for our schedule and what is convenient for us, not necessarily their office or calendar. They know our school schedule and when the kids get out and work so they don’t miss any school time. This past visit, we had to reschedule at the last minute. The office understood and had us scheduled the following week, but at separate times during the day because that’s all they had available. They said they’d let us know of any cancellations. The morning of the appointments, they called and had a last second cancellation and got the three of us in at the same time, so we wouldn’t have to make more than one trip.I’m grateful for their office!?

Dr. Shah has been my dentist for over 20 years. During this time, she has never failed to be professional and exceedingly kind. I have some genetic bone loss problems and the entire staff has done everything they can to make sure that I have the best results possible. Very professional but friendly and helpful. I had the ZOOM whitening treatment and had excellent results. I don’t recall my teeth ever being this white. The process was carefully explained to me. It took about an hour and I dosed off several times. No pain during the procedure and minimal tooth sensitivity after. Very reasonable price with a seasonal special and a $50 rebate. I highly recommend and am very satisfied. My husband is going next week.

Went to Macon Smiles yesterday. Was seen promptly by friendly staff. All staff took correct precautions for COVID, taking temps of incoming patients, wearing masks & gloves, requiring patients to wear masks, & having hand sanitizer set out for patients use.
