Great place to deliver to! All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful especially the lady at the gate and the guy at the cleanout/inspection area! Will volunteer to come back any time!

Damaged my trailer and than pull out 3 more rolls of paper 6k+ lbs with a 15k fork truck... made damage even worse and than wouldnt evan made a report or give away insurance policy... I called Macon police department, guess what... they didnt even bother to show up...Happy Friday 13th

Trailer accept just less than10 years. And have trailer inspection unnecessary wasting your time.

Easy in easy out gps isnt super accurate but just go slow and look for guard shack it puts you really close!

Ive been employed there since 1992.Its a fantastic job & a very good company to work for.It has provided for my families well being.

This place has some of the most unhappy people. Warehouse needs a attitude adjustment or fire your lazy ass workers. Woman in dude has a attitude dont interrupt her on her cell phone and reading her magazine. No wonder this place doesnt want us to use our cells, bc if we took pictures of their workers I think the brass not going to like it. WARNING DRIVERS HAVE EXTRA PATIENCE FOR THESE AMERICAN LAZY ASS WORKERS

Checked in 12:25 . I had to leave next day around 11 . 23h in sleeper . Because the was not ready even the next day 🙃 I want to give half star. But helas they got one

Guard not very helpful about procedure. Very slow getting to dock( they only live load at 4 docks was 5th in line took over 3 hours to get door). Not tha most convenient lot to get to dock from due to too many trucks waiting. Be ready to spend 4 to 5 hours

Literally no one is at Receiving.. why do they even get paid? It’s been well over an hour going on two now in a few, haven’t seen a soul.

This place is horrible never come here took 12 hours for a live load bunch of lazy people here especially the night shift guy with all the tattoos

Very slow loading(3.5 hrs) then in a rush for u to move out of dock door and rude about it!!!

Turned around 2 times, once the trailer was too old and thats understandable but the second time was due to a spot of water being visible on the trailer, but it wasnt caused by holes or anything its because where we picked the trailer up from they keep the empties doors open and it had been raining all day, I swept the standing water out and told her the reasoning behind the water spot but she claimed it was from a hole, that couldnt be seen, but finally around 5 we arrived back after having to dive an hour to get another empty from a different yard we got the okay to be loaded but unfortunately it was too late, the guy told us we could stay there or drop the trailer and come back around 7:30am and put it on a certain dock and they would start, it was closer to 8:30 b4 they actually started loading but finally around 10 we were leaving, so basically when they say trailer must be 10 years or newer, they mean it so be ready for the BS if you come with anything but a new trailer.

Live loads are a joke. Be prepared to wait 8 hours or more or sit overnight and have to wait to load the next morning. What a joke.. lazy dock workers stand around.

Drop and hook for our company wish make it easier than live load! Make sure that your trailer is clean or it will get ejected!!!!

Im a truck driver and this place is very rude and inconsiderate of our time. I stood waiting an hour for someone to come to the shipping office to give me bills. When the guy got there he was VERY rude. Im sick of the attitudes at this place.

For new trailer 2021 they did 2times inspection and for inspectors you have to wait from morning to evening

After waiting for 3 hrs the loader came outside and asked all 3 of the drivers including me if we can tip him so he can load us. Once u tip him ure loaded in 5-10 minutes. 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️

11:30 pm arrival next day pickup made a call to the young lady at the gard shack.asked if it would be ok to park out of the way so I could save hrs.she polity gave me permission. Just for that Ill work with them on anything else that comes forth.its logistics nothing ever completely gos plan.

DO NOT LIVE LOAD HERE!!! Had 1230p appt and they told me told to wait in the drop yard.....after inquiring 3 times abt my load they finally told me at 4pm that its not ready!!! Call your dispatcher.......huh???
