Im looking to move to Macon from another State but I can already tell by many of the responses here that this complex is more like the hood.Who would post items for sale on a site for reviews and aHappy Birthdayshout out as well and the Robotic mangement replied to them as if they were actually reviews.No way am I even visiting this property.

All apartment s needs to be updated and repaired. People need to control their children better when outside.

So ready to move from this place kids screaming and playing all times of the night outside my window. Loud mysic playing from cars all times of the morning and day. These apartments are not worth the rent.

This a great place to live every time u dont have anything to do on special days they plan partys for you and if you dont have any food to eat they have snacks for you at the office the only thing thats wrong is that they have vilonce in this apartments all I know that they have security guards to keep you safe from harmless things

My friend lives here. She says its decent just alot of bad kids live out there too.

The phone is always busy after hours and we cant get through to maintenance. How are our concerns/needs are going to be addressed if we cant get through?

Its a decent apt complex but it has plummeted from where it used to be poor management?

Bad place. Roaches everywhere. Rent extremely to high. These should be low income housing. No curfew, no security, take three mos to fix something

I live behind these apartments and I hear kids screaming and laughing all hours of the night. I feel sorry for the ones who live there and actually have to get up early and work as I do.

The apartment are nice...the only downside is that they only have one dumpster for the whole complex and trash over flows on to the sidewalk
