My husband loves the new owners. The place is more inviting and structured now.

Lynn is awesome. Shes the owner and she is the person I let do my nails. Ive been going to her primarily for at least 11 years! Shes also great at waxing brows!

Love this nail salon the atmosphere is so cheerful and they treat you like family. Love love love this place and the people working here.

Ace Nail is under new ownership and I drive across town to go there! Mai is the best nail tech Ive ever been to! Theyre beginning to do a remodel and its going to look great! I highly recommend Ace Nail Salon! 10 stars...

I went to get a pedicure and the nail tech dug too deep into the side of my toe and made my toe bleed. My toe bleed for hours and I wasnt offered any type of help at all. My foot has NEVER bleed when getting a pedicure so I know it was the nail techs fault. She was being very fast and kept looking off in a daze while doing my pedicure. Then to add insult to injury the pedicure looked terrible. The polish was super thick because she added a thick white polish under my color my experience was just terrible and Ill never be returning.

I got suggested to go here by a friend. It was okay. I did not particularly like how thin one of my brows were in comparison to the other. But they were very neat. The staff seemed friendly and I didnt have a long wait time like some places for eyebrow wax. I might pay them a visit again.

Decided to try out a new salon today. The place itself if relatively clean, and the workers are nice although the language barrier made it hard to understand.My nails are pretty good, not 5/5 but its generally okay.

The health inspector needs to pay them a visit. When your brows are waxed, The tech places HOT WAX onto your brows. She doesnt even try and cool it off...No more for me And her customer service skills sucks!

I would not give this place ANY stars this is the worst place i have ever been to!!!!! Went in for a fill in she asked where to cut my nail I told her she cut shorter then what she had asked me my nails r so short it hurts. Then asked if I wanted square which I did but they we round square and did not match each other she sawed off one corner of one of my nails which ruined the whole look of my nail. I have been getting fill ins and acrylic for years and I’ve never been so upset about my nails and the way she handled it!!!! She was rude and gave me excuses that did not make since then would not refund my money. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!

Extremely overpriced, women could barely understand me and wouldn’t do nail color as asked. I get the exact same for 45 at a different place that’s closed. I’ll wait next time.

The young lady that did my nails was wonderful I will be back.

Stay away, very bad service, rude staff and bad work.In response to the owners comments, a return trip was made up there and to try and have the problem resolved. It was handled with rude comments and the lady acted as if it made her angry.

Nothing about this salon is “Ace” quality or material. Despite the fact that they were whitnessed reusing various utensils such as towels, filers, tweezers, and scrubbers from customer to cumstomer, they also had the never to charger various hidden fees to miscellaneous services as minor as a “cut down” up to $5. Not to mention, there is not a single license to be found throughout the salon and it would be an insult to the word “poor” if I called it’s “customer service” that. Please save your time, money, and worry. Do not go here

Place horrible... They had roaches on the bottles they were every where... they have nasty aditudes... they mess your nails up...waayy over priced..need to be shut down ! I wouldnt give them any stars

1st and last time! Never going there again...charged $30 for regular length nails, NO designs, just SOLID colors and a extra $1because I used 4 colors..he said if I did 2 colors he wouldnt have charged a $1extra

Please dont go here I came to get lashes and nails done the guy cut to deep on my backyard the lady who did my lashes poked my in the eye and and messed my lashes up then said no refunds.
