I stumbled across this website while browsing for a very special First Mothers Day gift for my daughter. I purchased a Pandora Mother Son Dangling Charm and was very displeased. When received, the item looked nothing at all like the picture on the website....poor quality and very dull looking. I wish now that I had followed my first instinct to shop at KAY JEWELERS. I will never purchase from this store/website again, and will definitely share my thoughts with family and colleagues.

I Purchased a Pandora bracelet for my wifes Christmas gift. Of course, it was the wrong size, as I could not measure her wrist before ordering. After consulting the Reeds website, I discovered we could ( with some exceptions ) exchange it at our nearest Reeds location, which was the Macon GA. Store. I attempted to call the store before driving the 90 minutes to get there, but got no answer after two tries. I wanted to make my wonderful wife happy and have her enjoy her gift, so today we made the trip. There was only one other customer in the store, and the lady asked what she could do for us. Immediately after we explained the dilemma, she told us we would have to send it back to the Reeds webstore. Thats fine, I can accept that, but asking to help us determine the right size must have been way too much trouble, because she disappeared. A gentleman told us that if two fingers can slip underneath the bracelet, it was the right size. WE ALREADY KNEW IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE, we just wanted to know what size to order. Finally another lady used her neck lanyard to wrap around my wifes wrist and measured it on a yard stick.This entire experience left both of us with negative feelings about Reeds in general, as I dont think we were asking anything that any reputable jewelry salesperson should be more than happy to help us with. They were anything but helpful, much less pleasant to deal with. We wont be back, and plan to tell everyone we know about our experience.

Exceptional service! We originally went in to get 4 watch batteries and one repair done but decided to look around as well. They let us try on and compare every watch that we wanted to, not once did they seem annoyed that we wanted to look at almost every single watch twice. As young looking 24yo’s this was huge to us! We chose to buy from them based on the professionalism of the staff and will continue to use them in the future!

I will never be able to express my gratitude and happiness with Reeds and all the ladies here. My wedding ring set came from Fred Meyer Jewelers and they moved out of Georgia and screwed me with my rings and care plan. I went into Reeds looking for a care plan, worried something may happen before I could get them covered. The ladies at Reeds instantly took care of me and my rings. After sending them off for a cleaning and inspection, they came back shining more than they have ever shined! The care plan has more coverage than any other plan. I cannot thank yall enough for all the help! I will never go to another jewelry store for anything!!

Went in while shopping with grandkids, being from out of town I wanted a quick temporary fix for some rings that were to large now from weight loss and Scott Wilson was awesome. I have also shopped here, not knowing what to get or even what to look for, and was expertly guided on the best option within my budget.Between the employees and the selection, I can’t recommend Reeds enough! Every time we go into Reeds the staff are very helpful and kind. I have gone in there multiple times and been greeted by someone different on most occasions; each time even though its a new person they are just as kind. Love this place and its staff!!!

I went in on Saturday to sell some loose gold that I had and these people were amazing. They were very nice and helped me with some advice on some of my pieces. The three people working that day all seemed like they really enjoyed being there and were having a great time.

Curtis & Scott are amazing! Very personable service, they were very patient and listened to the needs of my aunt who was very indecisive! I didnt even purchase the watch here but needed the band fixed. They went out of their way to accommodate. It was a difficult fix but they fought with it until it was fixed and right. When I asked how much, I got a wave and a smile. Now thats customer service.

Just recently purchased a bridal set from this store and I must say I will NEVER go to another jeweler! Unfortunately I was a difficult customer because I made several exchanges within a week but Scott handled every need so professionally. He worked so hard and diligently to make sure I walked out with a smile the same day. Ive never worked with someone so patient and eager to make their customer happy. I bought my girlfriend a watch on 12/12/18. It needed some extra links. I was assured it would be ready for her for Christmas... Needless to say, my girl never got the Christmas gift. I went in today 1/6/19 hoping on a miracle... The watch STILL had not been touched. No one called to let me know anything about the watch... I had to keep calling them only to get the same excuse.... I paid for the watch in full with cash on the 12th, but when I asked for a full refund I got to wait a week or two for them to credit me my money back on a debit card.... #SOMEBULLSHIT
