Casey Alligood and her staff and very kind and helpful at Optimal Hearing. It is conveniently located near the beginning of Vineville Ave in a brick house that feels homey and welcoming. I am so grateful for the care they gave Mother for years. At her passing, I inherited her hearing aids and they took me right in with a hearing test and adjustments to Mothers hearing aids to fit me! I have been glad to have them in restaurants and meetings, so I dont miss a beat. Thank you Casey!

The whole reason for visiting Optimal Hearing was my left ear reception wasnt as clear as the right. Upon my arrival, I met with Valerie and she was the every bit of help that i needed. This was my first visit to this office since it has changed from Pollard Hearing. Casey Alligood gave me a very in depth hearing test with their new technology. Excellent measurements. Casey explained everything in detail and took her time. I appreciate that. My hearing aids were reprogrammed and updated and really sound good. Looking forward to future visits. When you walk into Pollard Professional Hearing you are immediately struck by the warm, friendly and professional atmosphere.The office is in and an old house which is nicely decorated. It makes you feel comfortable and has an at home atmosphere.The receptionist Lauren (sp? SORRY) makes you feel right at home from the first minute. She is very nice and accommodating.After a short wait you see the audiologist. Dr. Green is wonderful. She is caring, empathic, friendly and knowledgeable. She is the perfect example of a people person. She will guide you through the entire process. She is delightful.If you have hearing problems or just want an assessment, Pollard Professional Hearing is a wonderful place to visit.

Always very helpful and quick

I was on the road traveling for business and found myself in a position where both my hearing aids were not functioning. I stopped at two other hearing aid centers, neither would help, until I found Optimal. They immediately helped me with both aids and before I knew it I went from pretty much total deafness to hearing again, what a wonderful practice built around exceptional and KIND individuals...thank you for your help !!

I visited Optimal Hearing Systems today I’m Macon Ga. My left hearing aid was not working at all . The young Lady (Valerie) I talked to examined the hearing aid,comlpletely cleaned it and found that my receiver was no longer working . She then put in a new receiver which solved the problem and then cleaned my right hearing aid. She was most courteous and knowledgeable. Valerie, I truly thank you .Bobby Mizelle

I have been going to audiologists pretty much my entire life. For the most part I have always loathed going. All of that changed when I started seeing Dr. Alligood with Optimalhearing in Macon. She was attentive to my concerns, answered questions, bedside manner is not robotic.I had some trouble with one of my hearing aids and every time I emailed I would get a response almost immediately and could come into the office to have it looked at without having to wait weeks.It is not just Dr. Alligood that is amazing, The whole staff is warm and welcoming and even remembers my name even when I have had to stop by unannounced.The only sad thing is that I will be moving back to CA in August and leaving the best audiologist I have ever had.
