I call for services from this company to fix some siding. They came out to complete the job, however they missed a spot. When I called and talked to the owner Will he said I would have to pay 175 for someone to come out to fix it. I said no and Will the owner hung up on me. Why should I have to repay his company for something they shouldve done right in the first place. Bad business I will be reporting them.

I called for an estimate and Will showed up the next day at the agreed upon time, which was very important to me since I had to take my lunch break to meet him. We scheduled our roof replacement and some siding repairs for the following week. They showed up bright and early in the on a Saturday morning. Will and his crew were kind, professional and courteous. They worked until dark to get the job done within one day and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you, Will! I passed your name along to my neighbor and he should be calling you soon. Take care.

Complete unprofessionalism on the phone. I called and it rang off the hook. A person called me back from a different number. After telling him I was looking for Macon Roofing and Siding, he hesitantly said, Sooo what can you do for us?. I said, Im hoping you can do something for me. I need you to come look at my roof, its leaking. He said, Ummm, so whats going on with it?. It was apparent, at this point, that this is not the kind of company I want to be doing business with.

Will did a great job on my roof repair.

Called to try and get someone out to do a quote and was asked for my particulars and then told no we have too much work at this time call back in a week or so. I mean who does that? Terrible customer service before I can even become a customer.

Macon Roofing and Siding did the roof on my house these guys did a very good job in a timely manner. Very nice and friendly people will use them again on future jobs

Even though I did not use them I called for a quote they came out immediately and the boss came back to me that afternoon with the price quote . The only reason I didnt use them was I am new to the area and my step son had used another company and suggested them .
