Let me go ahead and tell you luckily for this place having a 1-800 number for customer service is the only reason I gave them such a high score. My visit there was not quite as one would expect. I had ordered a poster to be made online and this was my very first time. I knew my card would run short of the payment to be processed but since nothing was ever mentioned to me about it I figured I would just pay the balance when I get there. I get there and the lady says she doesnt have an order for me. Basically just kept going about her business like nothing mattered. I pulled out my confirmation email and showed it to her and shes like well we dont have it. Another lady there was semi familiar with the situation I guess and said that the car didnt go through to which I began explaining. Long story short they said there was nothing they could do and sent me on my way. Considering the distance I traveled to get there I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes and decided to call the 1-800 number. Luckily there was a very sweet lady on the other end who went above and beyond to help me. The first time she said they just werent going to be able to do much to help me maybe if I came back around closing time which was two more hours I might have it printed and ready. thats when I decided to flex a little bit and let them know Im a level six Google reviewer and thats when they decided okay maybe they can help me. since everything got handled in a timely fashion I decided to give you four stars even though you honestly deserve one or two stars. in the future try to remember not everybody is a regular customer and it always is a first time for somebody. If you know ahead of time an order is not going to be made because of a faulty payment maybe a heads up call could clear everything up in a even if you had no way of knowing this just a kind demeanor towards your customers makes a huge difference.

I dropped off an overnight delivery package yesterday around noon… checked the tracking and they haven’t even sent it out… never again👎🏾

Not too sure about this particular Office Depot location. I frequent many other Office Depot/Office Max locations, and have not ever experienced such less than desirable customer service. Wait times at the register and in the copy center were extremely long. I came in for ink cartridges (was able to find product and was in stock) and for one copy center service. The lady who helped me was extremely rude. I waited fifteen minutes in line at the copy center to be helped. I then waited forty more minutes to have five pages laminated. Customer service was less than desirable. Wear your patient pants when you come.

Worse Office Depot I’ve ever been to. I’ve left several messages for a manager to return my call, but no return call in a week.

I went into the store 11/09/2020 at 3 pm and all I can say is I am super disgusted in this store starting with the appearance of the employees. The way the employees looked was how the store looked... I’m not sure why I’m walking into the store and I’m having to step over trash inside the store. As I’m walking to the print section of the store I’m still walking over trash. The store has not been swept or vacuumed in a while. The old manager always kept the store neat. This will be my last time entering this store.

I have visited this store three times since moving to GA. Ive always used Office Depot when I lived in Missouri and never had an issue. However, the first time I went in I was not greeted, but looked at like I was a bother because they were busy with tasking. OK, I get that, not a big issue. I asked where to check out, they didnt have any lights on for the lanes, I go to check out at copy and print and again, I am looked at like I am a bother and I was directed to an unopened lane. I get to the lane and the gent who checked me out seemed like he didnt really have a clue what was going on. OK, no worries, people have bad days.I sent a client in to pick up a laptop and explained to him the services they offered for the data transfer to the new laptop. His experience was less than satisfactory due to the several phone calls from several different people trying to set up an appointment to come to the house for an in home set up instead of a data transfer. He went to pick up his laptop after being told that it would take 24 hours and was told they were not done with it and it would be another day possibly two, OK, its understood businesses can be short handed or you have new employees.Today was just it, I sent in an order on Monday for copy and print. Talked to an employee there asking for a quote and gave information for a return call because they werent sure how to charge on the cutting of the project because its run through a machine. OK, no phone call. My client went in to pick up this project, I had asked for it to be finished on Wednesday, NO ONE had printed it out, addressed how much to charge and no one had called me or him to let anyone know if the project was done. He happened to run in there getting ready for the weekend. This was supposed to be done in order to get a new program we are rolling out for this weekend. After several moments of frustrating conversation, I cancelled the project and ended up going to another store, buying the supplies and printing it myself.Heres the kicker, I was a former operations manager for this company back in Missouri and was very excited to use them here in GA when I opened my consulting business. I actually will not recommend this store and will reserve judgment on other stores because of this lack of competency. Its a shame that you have an excellent experience in one store and expect that same experience and you get this bad of an experience with another one. And their district manager knows there are issues here....sad, truly sad.

Been looking all over town not getting any help, or rude help, and couldnt find my item. Was feeling very old and very tired and missing my radio shack. Drive by here by accident and decided this would be my last try for today. Yep i got a parking spot close to the exit on purpose, yep they had it, very close to the register, yep they were nice and yep they were fast. Thank goodness!!

Typical Office Depot. They have a very good selection of computers, printers, and other electronic devices as well as a good stock of office supplies and other needed items. The store is well-maintained and staffed by helpful and courteous team members.

There was a young man working in the back section that was knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Cant remember his name but he was greatly appreciated. Tall, thin African American. My cashier was pleasant and sociable. Great experience while shopping with grandkids for school supplies.

Immediately upon entering the store an employee greeted me with a bad attitude and acted like I was bothering her. I figured I was going to have a bad experience with this store until I was greeted again by another employee named Kennedy. He was very nice young man and cut up with me for a while as he helped me find everything I needed. Thank you for being patient with me and redeeming my time in the store.

Had what we needed and was easy to find. The sales associate even stopped by to make sure we didnt need any help.

If you would hire more sales reps you would do a hell of a lot more sales. Waiting over an hour to buy one item was a bit to much for me so I walked out the door with my money

Place was in complete disarray. Nothing where it was supposed to be. Almost all of it still on the receiving carts. Employee was nice, the one who did not hide from me. Bathroom was fu#$-up. Prices were ridiculous. Can pay half the price at Wal-Mart and less than that online. Would have too except I had points to use from turning in empty ink.

Overall good, if you need to print your boarding pass at the last minute, it is the right place to go. My phone went out and I had to use Offices Depot computer to get my boarding pass printed.

Unfortunately, it was the only place in town that had what I needed. Most of the staff was just walking around and didnt even ask if I needed any help. Next time I will just order it online.

I gave this store 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. The print department is always slow and it takes an inordinate amount of time to have printing done. Not to mention one of the ladies in that department is rude and short with customers. I drive to the office depot in milledgeville to avoid her terrible service.

The location off Eisenhower houses some of the most enept techs. Today for example my bestie Ashley White is in VACAY which Im sure she deserves do to her amazing multitasking overextending work ethics,. Has a few newbies that are following in her steps!!!!!!! Im a happy client!!!!!!

The store looks ok, the item I looking for are out of stock. The customer service is not that good, the sales lady was not patient and lack of knowledge on the item I was inquiring.

Super, but for some reason the print station had no staplers at this location. I was able to get my documents stapled, just had to go up to the print center help desk and get them stapled.

Walked in and tried to buy an office chair, saw one person on the floor before he disappeared. When I tried to get help up front from someone who was doing nothing, I was told I had to wait for everybody to be helped who was at the other counter.
