I didnt have the best experience using this company, HOWEVER, I wanted to give a fair review because the way the situation was handled was exceptional. The company handled themselves with professionalism, courtesy and a customer-is-always-right mentality and that goes a long way. They took a bad experience and righted the wrong and it should be praised and noted. I wanted to say thank you.

Helped me in a major pinch. I was getting over flu. Husband and daughter stayed at his parents during my illness. Husband is a cancer patient and he can’t get sick. I was too weak to clean up all my germs before they needed to come home. Called Spotless Cleaning and they were able to come the next day to help me. House looked amazing. Will use again.

Spotless Cleaning has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Every time they always do a wonderful job! The owners and staff are always friendly and professional. Ive never had a problem with reaching someone on the phone if I needed to make a change to an appointment. Ive had others clean my home and they are by far the BEST!

Ive had them come to clean my apartment carpet before. First time was a breeze. Customer service was nice - sorry, I forget her name. She usually answers the phone. Seems like a sweet lady. The second time I called to have them come out, my sis decided to gift me the cleaning for allowing her to stay with me for a short time so I accepted. One thing I found odd was that the woman said she didnt see me in the system as a previous customer even though I had a receipt - which gave off an alarm as I had to give her my CC info over the phone that first time.Unfortunately, the cleaning could not be done. We had to reschedule the first time due to travel and rain. When they came out - I was in the mist of moving, the movers were behind so packing was a pain. Two fellas said theyd go to lunch and then return. It was a holiday so I wasnt aware that they were closing early. Needless to say, timing didnt work out so we had to reschedule again (after I had already moved out). The community I lived in told me they werent allowed to clean inside the apartments for liability reasons - even though upon move in I was told they could otherwise I would have saved myself and them the trouble.So, I was told by the receptionist that Id be refunded, no mention of any fees. A few weeks later since I didnt see a refund to my account, I called to check. I was then told that they would have to mail me a check (which I didnt expect to hear) minus $35 for the runaround. I assumed they would just be able to refund back to my card but nope. Fine. A week later, no check. My sister was becoming quite impatient about having her money returned and pushing me to contact them again which I did a week or so later.This time spoke to another woman who seemed to be the accountant (??) . She was nice and mentioned she would have the check mailed out same day. Great, breezy. I received the check and once we opened it, my sister noticed they were $5 short on what they were suppose to return. She paid $154 and they gave her a check for $114, which is incorrect. Thats a $40 fee instead of the $35 we were told would be taken out. If the extra $5 was for mailing a check, that fee was also not mentioned to me over the phone.To avoid having to call them again over a few bucks, I just gave my sister the missing $5 on top of what they sent. The company was great in my first experience, great carpet cleaning but this go around was a bit of a disappointment. I would urge them to list their fees on their website or at least mention them in full disclosure when people call for a cleaning because randomly bringing up a fee that was never mentioned seems very inconsiderate. Especially with no contracts being signed - they can do as they wish. Either the staff isnt on one accord, their books are unorganized, or things are just being made up as they go along. Either way, I probably wont be using them again in the future, regretfully.There should be full disclosure to anyone seeking their services.

WOW! Joey and his trusted assistant David just left my house after cleaning our carpets and I cannot be more excited. The equipment they use is second to none and has left our carpet smelling fresh and stain free. Without a doubt their dry cleaning method for the carpet will leave you speechless. My family cannot wait to utilize their varied list of services. Call them and get cleaned up year round. Excellent!!
